  • Relaxing, Beautiful, and always a Joy!

"This was my second stay at the Chez Zig Zag. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The beds are extremely comfortable and the bathroom is otherworldly. My only gripe is that I couldn't stay longer than two nights. Sitting at the kitchen table you get a view of the bay that is worth more than words can describe. Trust me, give it a shot and you'll know. Amy and Brent are very friendly and have created a small slice of heaven. Thanks and to those of you reading this, enjoy your stay!"

  • Peaceful Lakehouse

"We had a fantastic time at this home on Lake Sutherland. Being there in mid-September was amazingly quiet and peaceful. Mid-week it was so quiet, perfect for kayaking and fishing. The kitchen really has everything you need. We were a group of two families but the house could easily have fit three with plenty of sleeping and dining space. Emilia was great to communicate with, always following up promptly. My only small complaint was that the bed we slept in downstairs was way past it's prime, sagging and squeaking loudly when you moved."

  • Gorgeous property with a lot of warmth!

"I echo all the 5 star reviews on this site. The cabin was very well stocked with blankets, towels, kitchen appliances and spices! If you like fresh ground coffee, bring your own beans, there's a coffee grinder! There's even coffee beans in the freezer, but you'll have to thaw out for a few hours before using them or else you can drive a few miles to a Starbucks or coffee stand. The weather was wet while I was visiting, but don't let that stop you, take a drive to Crescent Lake and hike to Marymere falls. The falls were that much more spectacular with the the on and off rain. Such as scenic surrounding altogether!"
