  • Immediately felt at home!

"We loved being able to soak in everything that Port Townsend has to offer while staying in this charming victorian home. We have enjoyed this gem several times over the years & recommend it anyone who truly wants to fully experience this area. The home welcomes its guests with warm victorian character; a bright sunny kitchen/dinette to enjoy your morning tea/coffee, clean well furnished bedrooms (3), bathrooms (2), kitchen, dining room and laundry room. At the end of a day out-and-about, the large deck off the kitchen is a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine while looking across the bay. We were able to easily walk to the bakery, farmers market, uptown shops/restaurants, downtown shops/restaurants, concerts on the dock, movies in the best theater ever (Starlight), Maritime Center, marina (beautiful wooden boats), live theater, live music and wonderful people. The owner provided area information and resources for us to make our stay the best it could possibly be! If you are looking for a welcoming, comfortable place to stay while enjoying all that Port Townsend has to offer, this is the place! Expect to take home wonderful memories and the desire to come back as often as you can."

  • Quilcene Bay Hideaway Hits the Mark with the whole family

"This property is simply amazing, inside and outside. Thoughtfully, tastefully decorated. Comfortable, personal touches throughout. Amazing fun for kids all over the place-- foosball, ping pong, swing from the trees on the beach, floating dock with a slide, the climbing net took it completely over the top, to ELEVEN. :) The area itself is very quiet and beautiful. We have never been there and felt like we were in the Gulf Islands 90 minutes from Seattle. Simply magical. Oh and a hot tub. And movies. Really outstanding, and we are very picky as rental owners ourselves. I rarely get new ideas from another cabin and this one inspired me. Thank you for a wonderful getaway!"

  • Family Vacation

"Pulling into the driveway of this house is breathtaking. The trees are gorgeous and everything is still. The house is stunning as well. The views are amazing of Hood Canal. The upstairs was a great place for the kids. They took it over and made themselves at home. The beds were comfy and the house was very warm and inviting. This was our first vacation with our 4 month old, she loved sitting in the huge recliner over looking the water. Everything about this property is wonderful. If you want relaxing then this is your place! We were able to take a ferry to Seattle, visit wildlife farm, check our amazing view points and play in waterfalls."

  • Always a refreshing respite!

"Once again Janet and Mike, our hosts, made certain all was in order when we arrived. Never is anything left to chance. Linens are fresh, everything clean and tidy, and granola, milk, OJ, and coffee ready for breakfast the next day. We've stayed at Sea Loft several times, but Janet and Mike reminded us it had been almost eight years since our last visit. No wonder we felt so in need of a refreshing few days away from home. The view alone takes away your stress. Thanks once again for a lovely stay!"
