  • Loved this house!

"We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend, and we really enjoyed our stay. We could walk to the beach in 10 minutes. We had two families, with 4 children total, and we all fit really well into the house. There are two master bedrooms, one on the main floor and one in the basement; upstairs is a shared bedroom (with 2 bunk beds) and a private room, and a shared bathroom. The basement also has a futon. We had plenty of places to sleep. And the basement has gaming consoles, so my teenage nephew loved being down there. The basement also had board games for the family. The house really is fully equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, and all the items were good quality. The fridge and freezer had plenty of space for our needs. They had lots of extra towels, beach towels (so awesome!!), a mesh basket that we took to the beach with their towels, an ironing board, a high chair, baby gates, and sleeping bags. They thought of everything, and it was much appreciated. There's even an outside shower. Check in and out was very easy. The office is very friendly. We even easily extended our checkout time. Finding the house is a trick, but this isn't the owner's fault; the street signs aren't great. The public pool was packed, because of rain and a busy weekend; we only went once."

  • Great retreat

"We had 2 nights at this beautiful little cottage in picturesque setting of Seabrook, very relaxing and had every convenience we needed, I loved the aspect of the communal fire pit right outside and this gives you a chance to meet and talk with neighbours. I am visiting from New Zealand & spent these days here with my daughter and 2 granddaughters so was nice to see some of your countryside. The children loved playing at the beach and I was impressed how safe it was for them to walk around the streets. A very enjoyable stay"

  • I Loved Ruff Seas

"We stayed in this house for a couple of nights this week and found it to be one of the nicest vacation places we've rented. The kitchen furnishing in particular were very impressive and complete. The towels were big and full and the beds were comfortable. This property is very dog friendly. The enclosed back porch is particularly useful for use with your pup when you've been to the beach and both of you are all sandy and salty. This house has a hot water outlet at the front that can be used to hose off the pup and your legs and sandals. After that, you can take the pup around the side of the house and up the back stairs. If you've been smart and left the back door unlocked, you can put the pup on the warm porch to dry off for a while, while you get yourself cleaned up or showered. Seabrook isn't cheap, but it's a little bit of heaven for your kids and your dogs--and you too. And that beach!!!"

  • Amazing home, clean, great location!

"There aren't enough positive words I can say about this place!!!!!!!! The pictures don't do justice! Hooked on a Feeling clearly has owners that take pride in their place! They clearly want their renters to feel at home through all the details in their house! Everything was just perfect that I didn't want to leave! 1. It's clean! Nice sheets and bedding! Kitchenware was in great condition! My husband is super picky with hotels & rentals...... and he loved it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2. Everything is labeled - easy to find. They made it easy to find the things we needed around the house. Using somebody else's tv is always difficult, but they had everything neatly labeled. It didn't matter which part of the house we were in....everything was labeled! Super helpful when you are searching for things or wondering where something is located:-) 3. Next to park/walking distance to beach. Seriously it's a three minute walk to beach! Nice relaxing walk or bike ride to beach. Safe for kiddos to ride bikes in front of cottage. Local market & restaurants are walking distance for kiddos too!! 4. Fire pit outside house (not private) BUT SEEMS PRIVATE! Easy access if you want to roast marshmallows after a long day at the beach! We had a blast and it was so nice being close to the house in case you forgot marshmallows or wine :-) 5. Great for families w/ small or big kiddos! When my two 9-year pods saw the double (2sets) twin beds they went crazy! They were sooo excited and didn't want to leave them! The up stairs tv room made it great at night for watching movies! We were lucky to have great weather during our stay, but if there was a rainy day we would have been set with video games, toddler toys, and endless movie selection! 6. Dishes - everything you need! Have a toddler, not to worry! There are kiddos forks and spoons! And a trip trap chair! 7. Laundry machines were nice new Samsung appliances - easy to use and great after long days or wet days! 8. Rooms - two bedrooms upstairs (one queen bed, two side by side bunk beds one shared bathroom. Downstairs king bed with joining bathroom. Downstairs is better if you have a playpen but playpens will fit in upstairs bedroom. Tips: 1. Bring shampoo, conditioner & body wash 2. Groceries. The local market is great for items you forget or specialty items, but do grocery shopping before coming to town. 3. Pizza restaurant - Frontagers: Worth eating at! We ate two days in a row! 4. Relax & have fun!"
