  • Fabulous.

"Not too often does your vacation rental exceed expectations, but minutes after we arrived, we knew that this cottage on Washington Harbor exceeded ours. A completely private setting on a very special piece of waterfront. Acres of pristine shoreline for walks and bird watching. If you can wrench yourself off of the deck, the cottage is close to Sequim for shopping and Dungeness Spit & the National Park for exploring. For a lovely beach walk (other than your "own" spit), Marlyn Nelson Park just up the road is beautiful. And for an excellent (but not inexpensive) meal out, the Dockside just down the road at John Wayne Marina was great. We enjoyed exploring the immediate area and a day trip over to Port Townsend. Mostly we were happy to be at the cottage which was uber-clean and well-equipped (including most staples such as spices, oil & vinegar and some condiments) and very comfortable. The 2 queen-sized beds are super-comfy and the living area and sun room are very cozy. We hope to be back!"

  • Wonderful location

"We loved our stay at Sequim on the Bay! The house is located on a quiet street and offers plenty of privacy. We opted for this house because of the outdoor space and we were not disappointed! The large yard is great for tossing a frisbee, having an campfire, or just enjoying the view. The house itself was spotless and had everything that we needed. Our teenagers enjoyed having their own space in the basement, making use of the Foosball table and many games that were there. Our main purpose of visiting Sequim was to access Olympic National Park. We were within close distance to many of the trails that we hiked during our stay. We thought about staying in Port Angeles to be closer to the park's main entrance and are glad that we opted for Sequim. We liked the quieter atmosphere and character of the town. For us, it was worth the extra few minutes in the car. Lastly, Debbie was very attentive and was available if needed. She checked in upon our arrival and responded very quickly to the few questions that I had. We were 100% pleased with this rental experience!"

  • Already planning our next trip to Beach Life!

"You simply can't go wrong with Beach Life. It is a cozy home overlooking the beach/lighthouse and the mountains. It was a perfect size for the 6 of us (my mom, husband, and 3 kids). It was hard to tear ourselves away to explore the rest of the Peninsula. Speaking of the Peninsula, it is a great home base for the wonderful adventures awaiting there. The guide books in the house were super helpful. You can't beat the fantastic views at Hurricane Hill trail. Our favorite though was Camp Handy, which was even closer to the house. Can't wait to come back with kayaks and check out the lighthouse next time!"
