  • The house sets on a cliff with a wonderful view and nice backyard fireplace.

"I liked the location of the home and the view . The fire pit was a plus for us. Bring your own wood. The photos were a bit deceiving I thought that there were stairs from the residence to the beach, those stairs shown are not on the premises. It is a quick trip by car to the beach and also nice to be so close to a convenient store. The house was nice . I found the king beds to be very comfortable quality mattress. The bunk beds are really meant for a child. The crosses on the walls were a lovely touch. The showers were awesome! Now I did not find the place spotless . First thing I noticed was the dirty oven downstairs and crumbs upstairs. They should have throw rugs inside the doors . I felt like they could have used a few more blankets to make up the beds. With nice blankets only $12.00 at Costco a few would have been nice. I think they could for a little money give it a bit more character. Nice home, nice location just missing the warmth."

  • New Years Weekend

"Over the New Year’s Holiday weekend, our family and friends celebrated New Years and a retirement at The Bend. The Bend is an incredible home to accommodate friends and family for preparing/eating meals and sleeping, and very nicely decorated. Between the local activities available, pool table, foosball, playing games, watching football, hot-tubbing, and visiting, four generations (25 adults and 3 children) never felt crowded and everyone enjoyed themselves. We could not have asked for better weather (cool and crisp, with snow on the ground) to enjoy the spectacular panoramic views. The owners were wonderful to work with. We hope to have another family function at the Bend in the future."

  • Wonderful Place for a relaxing long weekend

"We stayed there for 3 days during Memorial Day Long Weekend. This place is amazing to spend a relaxing weekend with family and friends. Beach is just a few steps away. In the morning water comes very close to the house and you can feel the waves and sound. House has 2 levels so it worked perfectly for us to leave kids upstairs alone while they are sleeping and use the leaving area for all the activities. It's spacious and has big TV to keep kids engaged. The first day was cloudy so we didn't go out but next 2 days were awesome. They have Big kitchen which is fully equipped, more than we needed for our stay. With kids it was not easy to wrap everything on last day so we were running little late on check-out and Property Manager, Jim Williams accepted our late check-out request. Really appreciate it. Property photos doesn't show actual view of house, I think it's time for them to click some new pics and upload it."

  • Relaxing oasis

"House is in a quiet beautiful neighborhood, just outside of Port Ludlow. Great place for family reunion! Lots of living space for large group to enjoy. House was very clean and well stocked. WIFI was strong - we had no issues with it! Amazing views from every corner of the house! Sunroom was used every morning - we all found ourselves having our morning coffee looking out over the water! Good restaurants in Port Ludlow and in nearby towns. Easy to explore Seattle or Edmonds via ferry, or drive to Port Townsend, Poulsbo, or Port Gamble. Can also easily find your way to Port Angeles and take the ferry to Victoria for the day! During our stay we also saw a submarine pass by on its way to Bangor Naval station! Great place! Highly recommended!"
