  • Beautiful and comfortable home

"This is a beautiful, spacious home near Snohomish, WA. We had a wonderful stay here that included expansive & beautiful views of the cascade mountains and land. The size of this home and it's on-site guest house easily accommodates large groups and the layout is such that it is easy have private space when needed. I especially liked this home for being in a nice quiet location, close to the park and Snohomish River, yet a short drive to the freeway to get back into the City if desired. I would stay here again and I highly recommend Villa Snovista to anyone who is considering it!"

  • Quaint A-Frame with a Modern Touch

"My wife and I live in Seattle and wanted a easy weekend getaway, so we booked this place and it worked out great! We chose to drive up and around (near Anacortes) so we could hike around Deception Pass, Ebey's Landing, and Fort Casey on our way - recommended. Finding the property wasn't too bad, although our AT&T phones lost service about 15 minutes before we got there, so I'm glad the map was already loaded. There were several turns to make off the main highway so definitely have directions ready. We got there well after dark and the property isn't really visible from the street, so we went past it initially before we found the dark little driveway (the mailbox with the address on it is closer to the neighbor's driveway). The place was nice and cozy once we found all the lights and got the fire going in the stove. There were some split logs and paper inside ready for us, but I failed to notice the other logs and kindling on the porch when we came in (it was dark and there weren't any lights on initially). So it took me a while to get a log to light without kindling - my mistake, but now future guests know to look on the porch! The kitchen was newely redone and looked well stocked to do some cooking - although we didn't take advantage of this. The rest of the place was clean and cabin-esque. There was a note with some information about the place and it also said the owner (Kirstin) has plans to do some more updates, so I'm sure the next time will be even better! We had a great time and would highly recommend the trip."

  • Lake View

"The apartment is lovely looking out at Lake Washington. We talked with the owner Jeanne a couple of times about some things and she seemed interested in making the apartment the best it can be. There was an initial issue with temperature of the apartment as it does not have it's own thermostat. That is something we talked with her about and she said she would look into it. We found the apartment comfortable and loved waking up to beautiful sunrises over the lake. I would be cautious about having young children here as the lake front is very close to the door of the apartment. We were there during a very cold spell for Seattle so did not spend anytime outdoors on the lovely large patio. There are several stairs down to the back yard entry so would not be good for a person with mobility issues."
