  • Our 2 nights at "A river runs thru it" exceeded our expectations!

"The cabin in & out is charming! It had All the amenities we needed for a delightful 2 nite get away . It's absolute privacy, nestled in the evergreens by the creek, afforded us the perfect spot for my dtr & I to have an awesome time alone. Our favorites: the hot tub in the snow, the cozy loft bedroom with sounds of the creek at nite & the most relaxing decor !"

  • Sky River's Edge

"This cabin delivers! Beautifully decorated, warm and cozy, had everything we needed and more. Our favorite part was watching the snow fall on the hillside while listening to the sound of the river flowing next to the wood burning fireplace! I usually don't ignore football on Sunday's but the view was so magnificent I couldn't look away. It was a short drive up to Steven's Pass (great conditions) and when we got back we poured several drinks and enjoyed playing the board games that were provided with our friends. The beds were comfortable and everything was super clean. We would be crazy not to go back!"

  • Great house and great little village!

"Aside from the instruction book being a little dated with old hot tub instructions, I can't think of anything else that could be better!"

  • Excellent

"The house is fantastic. It feels very much like a cabin. It has everything you need. There are two rooms with queen size beds, two bathrooms with showers, and another room off of the living room with two twins. It was just me and the gf this weekend, but I am sure the space would accommodate a bigger group. The hottub was in good condition and comfortably fit 2. It could fit four. The location is what we were looking for. We wanted quick access to Stevens pass, and be able to go to some restaurants in Gold Bar. This spot covered both. And the host generously provides maps for local hikes, snowshoeing, and other outdoor activities, which made it easy to plan our weekend adventures. In the summer, this spot would be even better with access to the river from across the road, and nice outdoor picnic spots. The house has solid wifi, a fun DVD collection, heat, and a solid wood-burning fireplaces. Buy some wood on the way in so you can keep the fire burning."
