  • Beautiful view

"Beautiful view. The last day we sat on the deck with the perfect view and sunshine instead of wine tasting. It was so relaxing. The bedrooms are upstairs but open to the living room and the rest of the house. We did a girls weekend so those of us who wanted to stay up late and talk or those that were up early and wanted to talk had to whisper, which only lasts so long before you laugh and wake the others. The hot tub is a 2 person, so very cozy for 4 of us. A lot of notes here and there & no fan in the kitchen but worth the money if you don't need privacy. Something was broken that needed repair and the owners were there in an hour and fixed it. They let us check out late in compensation, which we really appreciated."

  • Clean, quiet and spacious... perfect for our family

"Our family of six adults was able to spread out and relax comfortably in this town home on a cozy, quiet street in Ballard. The amenities met or exceeded our expectations. It was nice to find that some staples were provided like hand soap, trash bags, coffee filters, laundry supplies and plenty of towels (bath and kitchen). The radio (already tuned to NPR) was a nice touch. We really appreciated the off-street parking space that came with the rental. This is an attached unit but we never heard a sound from the neighbors. The owner was available immediately to help us when we had a question. We were happy to discover a supermarket and coffee shops very nearby. The walkability was fantastic. We enjoyed excellent restaurants (Moshi Moshi Sushi, The Other Coast Cafe, Miro Tea, Hot Cakes, Java Bean Coffee, Ballard Bros. Seafood and Mighty-O Donuts) and entertainment (The Ballard Locks, Stash Pot Shop {hey, it's legal here}, The Noble Fir) without leaving the area. Ballard is a small town with a big sparkle. When we wanted to go downtown we found the RapidRide bus to be an easy and affordable commute. This is a home and a location I would return to."

  • Good attention to detail & great location

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I almost had to answer "no" to the "Would you recommend this property to a friend?" only because the next time I'm in Seattle I don't want my friend in there. Great location and the property managers clearly care about who's there and the condition the unit is in. They've added some nice little touches like leaving a bag of popcorn for us and having a fully stocked spice rack. The unit is well laid-out to take advantage of the space available and the four of us felt comfortable during our stay (and two of those in there were teenage boys). Highly recommended ... just not when I want to be in the city. ;)"

  • Amazing in every way!

"We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful place with 7 collegues. The house is huge, with 6 full bedrooms and a lot of bathrooms. And decoration has been done with a lot of taste, the house really has its own identity! Location is excellent, only 5 minutes to city centre in a lovely neighboorhood. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. We will definitely stay here again!"
