  • Clean, comfy, and peaceful

"This is our second stay at the Cedar Moon Cottage, and we'd love to stay here again. It's always so quiet. The cottage is spacious, comfy, and clean. We enjoyed barbecuing 1 evening on the charcoal grill provided. Our little dog also enjoys staying here. We're glad we can bring him. We kept very busy on the island hiking, walking through little towns, and strolling on the beaches. We never run out of things to do."

  • A family reunion for 15

"A farm house it once was, but it proved to be a three story, six bedroom, nicely modernized and maintained home on a large, grassy lot, fully equipped for a reunion of our now spread out family of three generations. Across a very quiet Maxwelton Road from the beach, with glorious sunsets and a fire pit we gathered and lingered around in to the night. A wide variety of activities are a short walk away: baseball, basketball, volleyball, a playground and, of course, walks along the beach. "Town" (Langley) is a 15 minute drive away. We had little worry about the youngest among us, six ranging from one and a half to 12 years: the area is sparsely populated (less so on the weekends), the road is not well traveled and the very low speed limits are well respected. The home has two laundry rooms and 2 kitchens (as well as a Weber and a gas grill, with all they require at hand). It all made for very comfortable living and was perfect for us. We all hope for a repeat, soon."

  • Incredible Views

"We had a lovely stay at the charming cottage. Julia and her "boys" were such wonderful hosts! Our days always started out with coffee on the porch overlooking the bay ,and ended with food and wine on the porch watching the ever changing sunsets. We had fun daily outings on Whidbey, but the highlight was always coming "home" cooking up a gourmet meal and relaxing and soaking up the views. Whidbey is a magical place and Julia and her property definitely "dazzles"!! Karen and Rod"
