  • Beautiful Stay at Cute Cottage

"We stayed at the Freeland cottage for a few days before our wedding, and afterwards. It was literally perfect. Super cute, immaculately clean and right outside of town which was perfect as we did a lot of trips running to and from. The bed was comfy and the setting was calm and beautiful. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone else. Hope we get to stay there again someday!"

  • Incredible Home and Location

"This home is incredible. We stayed here in June 2016. There were five adults and four children in our group. The layout of the home was perfect for our group providing plenty of privacy for everyone (each room having a bathroom attached), it also has large enough gathering places both within the home and around the property for everyone to enjoy each others company when we were all together. Our children loved to play in the yard and on the beach. The adults loved the beautiful surroundings/landscaping and views. We saw wildlife everyday, including deer (with their fawns), a raccoon, eagles, many seals, an otter, rabbits, squirrels, lots of crabs and plenty of birds. We took a kayak that we took to the beach and as we were out in the bay kayaking, we had plenty of seals pop up all around us. The owner was great to work with and quick to respond to any needs. We would definitely like to stay at this home again sometime in the future."

  • Driftwood beachtastic!

"We had a WONDERFUL 3 night stay here at Salmon Run. We had just gotten back from a 7-day Alaskan cruise and this was the best way to get away from the cruise crowds. From the beach, we did see "our ship" cruising back north again Saturday evening, which was pretty funny for us. This cozy, comfortable cabin was perfect for our family of four. The beds were all very comfortable. It was well stocked with everything that we needed. We enjoyed playing some games and watched a couple movies from the DVD "library." I especially loved the old-school feel of the cabin - updated with just the right balance for beachin' it, but not so fancy that you were afraid you'd mess up something. Our boys adored the rock beach and found tons of little beach crabs. There were also baby birds chirping in the bird house by the front door/garage door. We enjoyed seeing the mama keep busy feeding them. We explored Coupeville, Fort Casey, and Port Townsend. We had delicious Penn Cove mussels at the Front Street Grill. We'd definitely stay here again and hope to return. ~ A Colorado family with ties to the Northwest"

  • Comfy with beautiful views

"This house brought 3 generations of people together. I want to write a bad review just to keep people away because it was so wonderful. The house was clean, has everything you could possibly need and has tons of room. The beds are extremely comfortable! The owners were very easy to deal with and quick to respond. Island time will hold a very special place in my heart. My family was able to do some healing and celery together even stronger."
