  • Spectacular views!

"We had never been to the Seattle area and just happened upon Gig Harbor. It was definitely the right choice! What a sweet town filled with fun shops and restaurants. We especially enjoyed breakfast at The Devoted Kiss down by the harbor, along with a concert and art street fair. Reading and eating on the deck was a treat. And, we made some delicious cobbler from the fresh blackberries in the yard. The cottage was perfect for the two of us and was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Pat was extremely friendly and accommodating before and during our trip. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax and wind down, the High Cottage is your place!"

  • One of the best views of the Sound and Mt. Rainier

"This was our third visit to the Sunrise Beach House. We stayed a week each time. We lived in Washington for 15 years before moving to Arizona and have many friends in the Tacoma/Olympia area. This is always our choice when we come to Washington. The house was spotless as usual! It is a perfect size for 2-4 people and has all the towels, bed linens, and comfy throws needed. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Enough dishes and place settings to invite many friends to dinner. It is also close to the Tide's Tavern and Costco; must visit these two a couple of times. This visit we were not as lucky with the weather, but that is Washington. The views are spectacular in any kind of weather. The deck furnishings are both welcoming and colorful. We didn't use the hot tub although it looked very inviting. The steps have been redone since our last visit and parking is easy on the paved driveway. No problems with the neighbors walking by the expansive windows; they are very welcoming. Be careful of the friendly deer on the long, forested road in and out of the area. They are quite a treat to watch when all we see are coyotes in AZ. We can't wait to visit again!"

  • Love, Love this house

"We had a great stay in your home and will definitely come and stay again! The house was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 boys (7 & 9). The boys enjoyed collecting shells and skipping rocks into the bay and the adults were relaxed and having a fun weekend. It was great to spend some quality time with the family and was just far enough away from home without having to drive for hours wasting our precious time getting there. The house had everything we needed and more. I will be recommending this lovely bungalow to all my family and friends!"
