  • Best Studio in Tacoma's Theater District

"Laura made my first VRBO experience easy and wonderful. She was quick to respond about the rental and to any questions I had during my stay. She even had a bottle of wine, chocolates, and coffee for my arrival. I stayed in her studio for 3 months while I was doing a travel nurse assignment at Multicare-Tacoma General. It was within walking distance to the hospital and to all the great restaurants, breweries, theaters, and museums. The studio is spacious and beautifully decorated with art by her, her husband, or friends of theirs. It has an updated kitchen equipped with everything you need and a large bathroom with a shower and Jacuzzi tub. The balcony is spacious as well and has a very nice grill connected to a gas line. In the 3 months I stayed in Laura's studio, I only had to buy food at the grocery store. She has the place fully stocked with bathroom supplies (towels, shampoo/conditioner, body soap, lotion, hand soap, toilet paper, tissue paper) and kitchen supplies (dishwasher soap, paper towels, trash bags, cleaning supplies). The studio is also pet friendly. I had my 4 year old Great Dane with me. There is a park very close by with lots of green space and dog poop bags. Laura also provides garage parking. Everything about this Theater District studio is perfect."

  • Beautiful setting

"We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage with such a pretty setting and stunning views. The bed was very comfy. The only drawback for us was limited parking but we worked it out."

  • Enjoyable Retreat

"My team and I stayed at the Victorian family home for a training event and had a blast! The home has a definite lived in family charm to it that just lends it space to some wonderful shared experiences. The property is layer out in such a way that is it easy to feel you are in your own little world. Every morning we woke up to a beautiful view of the bay and plenty of natural light. The spa room was a real treat to enjoy after a long day of work. The family room has a comfortable layout where we played games and watched movies. We had a couple of issues with the kitchen and some of the appliances but, the support staff for the property went out of there way to make sure we were taken care of. I would recommend the property to anyone who is looking to get away for a few days. Oh yeah, and the kayaks are a total bonus. Thanks!"

  • Highly recommended. I would go again if I was in the area.

"The Parsonage was a lovely place to stay. Our host Mary was knowledgeable of the area and gave us a good commendations on dinner and places to shop. We had a tasty breakfast in the morning. The home was clean and very comfortable. I would recommend you stay and enjoy the outdoor hot tub under the stars."
