  • Great stay in the heart of Ballard

"The house was quite comfortable for our family of 5, plus my parents. The location is unbeatable - 5 minute walk to the grocery store (and candy/ice cream store!), a few minutes longer to the Ballard Locks. Great restaurants all over the place. The Ballard Seafood festival was happening just down the street, with lots of great food to survey. Parking can be a little tricky - the place has a spot for one car, but if you have a second car you might need to be patient to hunt down a street spot."

  • The property was exactly as shown. beautiful, clean, and comfortable.

"The property manager, Debra, was very helpful and will answer any questions, that you may have. All we needed to do was go to one of the many nearby stores to pick up food and personal supplies. We enjoyed the Woodland Park Zoo, the waterfront, Snoqualme falls, and many other beautiful parks in the area. Our favorite was a drive through Mt. Rainier National Park. Either the south or north entrance is only 2 hours away. It takes a couple of hours to drive through, plus any stops you make for breath-taking views and photos. You can drive to 6400 feet. We were fortunate to be after the summer crowds, and before winter snow. P&J from Massachusetts"

  • Clean apartment, comfortable bed, close to the beach

"We enjoyed our stay here. Ballard is a cute neighborhood with a lot to see and do and about a 15 or 20 minute Uber ride to downtown Seattle. The apartment was clean and just as advertised and we slept great on the comfortable bed. Darrell provided a great list of things to see around the area and helped us with whatever we needed. Thanks for having us!"

  • Clean, quiet and spacious... perfect for our family

"Our family of six adults was able to spread out and relax comfortably in this town home on a cozy, quiet street in Ballard. The amenities met or exceeded our expectations. It was nice to find that some staples were provided like hand soap, trash bags, coffee filters, laundry supplies and plenty of towels (bath and kitchen). The radio (already tuned to NPR) was a nice touch. We really appreciated the off-street parking space that came with the rental. This is an attached unit but we never heard a sound from the neighbors. The owner was available immediately to help us when we had a question. We were happy to discover a supermarket and coffee shops very nearby. The walkability was fantastic. We enjoyed excellent restaurants (Moshi Moshi Sushi, The Other Coast Cafe, Miro Tea, Hot Cakes, Java Bean Coffee, Ballard Bros. Seafood and Mighty-O Donuts) and entertainment (The Ballard Locks, Stash Pot Shop {hey, it's legal here}, The Noble Fir) without leaving the area. Ballard is a small town with a big sparkle. When we wanted to go downtown we found the RapidRide bus to be an easy and affordable commute. This is a home and a location I would return to."
