  • Great place to stay in downtown Seattle

"The penthouse was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The bed was very comfortable and cozy. It was as great as the pictures look. Both the penthouse and building were quiet. The people we did run into were friendly. It was a very easy walk to the convention center, and to the general downtown area. We were attending PAX, so this was perfect for us. There was a convenient grocery store right around the corner. We also discovered Lil' Woody's, a good burger joint nearby. Marc recommended the Starbucks Reserve Roastery. It was pretty awesome and had some delicious coffee drinks. Marc was great to work with. He was very understanding, helpful, and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in downtown Seattle."

  • Amazing View!

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view from the living room and master bedroom is amazing. And,the proximity to the Pike Place Market is great. Kitchen is very well-stocked. We easily prepared our dinner on NYE with food from the market. Parking space is a bonus. I can understand the concerns of previous renters re the heat Even in the winter, the living room was quite warm on sunny days but we didn't need to use the fans. I hope to stay here again next winter. Minor note for property mgnt: The handle to flush the toilet in the 2nd bathroom is loose and easily falls off."

  • Great decor, great location

"Diane was so accommodating, she quickly responded to text, and was so patient when the airline lost our luggage and we had to delay our meeting time with her. Diane left a bottle of Bubbly in the fridge, since we were celebrating my girlfriend's birthday. It was a VERY cold weekend but the heating system kept the Condo at a nice warm temperature for us. The noise level from other tenants was very low. The Condo was well lit with great window placement and plenty of indoor lighting. We hosted a small dinner party and our guest loved the layout of the kitchen and it was very easy to cook in. The Condo has just enough kitchenware to accommodate for a nice dinner. The beds were super comfy and warm. The location is perfect! Great restaurants within walking distance. As well as the Convention Center and Starbucks Reserve Tasting Room (a must visit, in my opinion). We used Uber a lot and had no problems with drivers finding the location. I would definitely recommend this place to you, my family and friends. Enjoy Seattle!"

  • Clean & Small

"The location was excellent; right between downtown & Capital Hill District. We used public transportation "The Orca Card" $8 a day unlimited travel. The apartment was bare bones IKEA but that worked for us. We happened to be there during a very warm/dry spell for Seattle. I wouldn't recommend this apartment during the warm summer months. Its in the back of the building looking at the trash dumpsters and a small part of the parking lot. There is very little air flow with the windows open because the building is built in front of a high hill. There isn't any air conditioning so you have to open the windows. You get the lights from the parking lot, people right outside your window and the trash. The management company "Pillow" was very responsive when we called about how hot the apartment was. They sent over two small fans which helped a lot. This place would be just fine in cooler weather when you don't have to open the windows and can keep the curtains closed."
