"The best thing about this rental was the......location. We flew in from L.A. and didn't rent a car. We took the Link train from the airport to University Station, about 2 blocks from the apartment. Easy, peasy. Across the street is the Seattle Art Museum, which was really nice. 2 blocks to Pike Place Market. A few hundred yards (seriously downhill) to the waterfront where there is the Great Wheel, Aquarium and ferry & harbor cruise terminals. Many restaurants in easy walking distance. I really recomment the Noi Thai restaurant just outside the apartment building. As far as the unit itself, it was OK. Pretty small with a decent view, mostly the industrial end of the harbor. Everything was provided as promised. There were a few technical problems which could have been fixed right away but I told Debra to hold off until we checked out, so we wouldn't have to deal with repair people. All in all, no complaints--the location more than made up for any deficiences in the unit."

  • Incredible View in Great Apartment

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fabulous view of the Seattle Skyline and Lake Union just blocks from the Space Needle and other Seattle Center attractions. One can walk to downtown shopping and Pike Market, Queen Anne, along Myrtle Edwards waterfront park, and South Lake Union. Roccos for pizza, Orfeo for upscale Italian, and Scout for classic Northwest were all delightful restaurants finds. Nest is a fantastic hip rooftop bar in the boutique Thompson Hotel. Residents of the apartment building are very friendly and for dog lovers being able to have a dog in the apartment is a big plus. The apartment is two blocks from a major fire station so expect a steady stream of sirens---earplugs are provided. The apartment is nicely decorated with lots of vibrant colors. Communication with the staff was Sea to Sky was responsive. We were visited by quite a number of local friends who were super impressed so we highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to enjoy all that Seattle has to offer!"
