  • After Exhaustive Research, I Found the Best Place to Stay in Queen Anne!

"This delightful Queen Anne house exudes comfy warmth and metro-urban style. The three of us each had our own bedroom and agreed that all the beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was easy to navigate and cook in (both Trader Joe's and Safeway were within easy walking distance). And, the shady backyard with ample seating was an unexpected happy bonus for laid-back evenings at home. The location is great, just a few blocks from Kerry Park in one direction and the fun shops and restaurants of the Queen Anne neighborhood in another. For ventures beyond Queen Anne, we found ride sharing (e.g., Uber) to be a quickly available, cheap and and easy alternative to renting a car (though there's space to park one). Each of us (ranging in age from 68 to 19) agreed we would stay here again in a heartbeat."

  • Perfect family home- ideal location

"We cannot provide enough accolades about this home and the management. Our family (4-6 adults and 2 small children) stayed in the home for a week from March 15-22. It was perfect for our needs. The two upstairs bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. One room had a king, perfect forbiurbtall family. The other room had two twins which we requested be made into another King. It was also very comfortable. Closets contained hangers, good lights, wonderful Windows for a nice breeze and privacy curtains. The two large upstairs bathrooms were spacious, lovely and very clean. The downstairs space was beautiful and cozy. We cooked large medals daily and the kitchen was comfortable and well stocked. The large dining room table easily sat 8 people. Lovely dark wood floors with nice throw rugs. Cozy, well designed living room with a nice television unit. There was also a washer and dryer, baby gear, and half bath downstairs. Everything was accessible and functional. We loved the fences in back yard for the kids. Lovely mature tree with spring blooms. Spacious driveway easily parked our two cars. The best feature was the neighborhood it was ideally situated several houses from a beautiful, large park with playground and paved walking trail. In the other direction, a 1.5 walk brought us to Pikes Place and diwntown destinations. There was a Starbucks, nice grocery store and Trader Joes within walking distance. Lake Washington was also a 1.5 mile walk. We felt like residents in Seattle, rather than visitors, planning our days from this quaint neighborhood with really friendly people around the block Needless to say, we spent a great deal of time outside and logged many miles by foot. And the food in Seattle amazing. We were in the International Distrist and took advantage of authentic Vietnamese and Ethopoan food, all walking distance from the house. We will definitely return to Seattle and hope this home is available. Thanks for a wonderful stay."

  • Lovely apartment

"We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely Belltown apartment. We are a family of 5 - mum,dad and 3 boys aged 23,21 and 18. We found the apartment to be big enough for all of us and very comfortable. It looks just like it does in the photos and we were pleasantly surprised to discover just how quiet and peaceful it is. It is in a good location - right on the doorstep of all the restaurants / cafes of Belltown with a 15 minute walk to downtown / Pike Market in one direction and another 15 minute walk to the Seattle centre in the opposite direction. Autumn was very easy to contact and deal with and was waiting for us on our arrival. The apartment itself is in a new private residential block and no-one is alllowed access without a key. The other residents weren't very friendly and none of them spoke to us in the lift etc. We also got a mouthful of abuse from a cyclist in the private car park when we moved our vehicle out from the (very tight!) parking space slightly to put our cases in the boot when we were leaving. He was obviously having a bad day!! But unfriendly residents did not put us off this lovely apartment and we would recommend it to anybody. Thank you again Autumn. X"

  • Great location! Beautiful Condo!

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This gorgeous condo had everything you need Staying in Seattle. It was very clean and very comfortable. The views were spectacular and the large windows offer an entire view of the city, space needle, piers, and bay. Incredible. It was furnished with everything we needed in the kitchen as well as extra towels, pillows and sheets. We stayed with 2 little kids and it was so comfortable with them, there were no breakables we worried about and the comfort was wonderful. The only thing I'd like to say is if you bring kids, the window coverings don't keep out the light at all, so when the sun rises so do the kids, but we barely had them closed because of the great views. The part of town that this condo was located, Belltown. We loved that there were neighborhood coffee, pastrie shops right at the base of the building. Only a 10 minute walk to Pike Place. Thank you Sea to Sky. I will also add I called Sea to Sky a few times to ask questions about the trains and the city and they were so helpful!"
