  • Great vacation spot

"We really enjoyed our stay at this home, the photo of the water does not do it justice, we really enjoyed watching the boats, the bridge, the birds, the sea lions. Great location too, close to town and easy commute. Owner had lots of great information provided, home was very clean when we arrived, beds comfortable, great floor plan. There were 5 of us and 1 bath was adequate, no problems with parking while we were there. Walked down to watch how the locks worked, really entertaining, saw a huge yacht go thru and really enjoyed it. Gina is not kidding about the boat parade, everything from fishing boats to small sail boats and barges go by. We visited Pikes market and bought the city pass, we really enjoyed all activities. Seattle is a clean and easy city to traverse. We also purchased tickets to the laser light show and that was our only mistake! Gina was responsive to all of my emails and easy to work with. The train noise mentioned in other reviews was not a problem if you keep windows closed."

  • Beautiful and Peaceful House

"We rented this house a few days prior to leaving Seattle on a cruise to Alaska. Two couples joined us. The house was PERFECT! We all wanted to stay longer. Each couple had their privacy with a comfortable bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen and gathering areas were spacious and beautifully furnished. We loved the neighborhood and enjoyed daily walks along the sound and up and down many hills (great exercise). The Magnolia village stores and restaurants were close and convenient, and downtown Seattle was a short drive away. We were able to see Mt. Ranier, the sound, and snow capped mountains from our bedroom balcony, and the space needle from the rear balcony. We are from the east coast and especially enjoyed the fresh air sans humidity!"

  • Great vacation condo

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 5th year we have stayed in the Northwestern condo in Ballard. The location is great - very walkable, the unit is spacious and well equipped and the management is excellent. The unit is always very clean and well maintained. Any small maintenance issues - ex. an overhead lightbulb that is out are addressed promptly. It has a great kitchen and is a wonderful place for our family and friends. We would plan to stay there again."

  • Great stay in the heart of Ballard

"The house was quite comfortable for our family of 5, plus my parents. The location is unbeatable - 5 minute walk to the grocery store (and candy/ice cream store!), a few minutes longer to the Ballard Locks. Great restaurants all over the place. The Ballard Seafood festival was happening just down the street, with lots of great food to survey. Parking can be a little tricky - the place has a spot for one car, but if you have a second car you might need to be patient to hunt down a street spot."
