  • Tiny house was just the perfect fit!

"I've spent the last 21 years visiting family in Seattle. It was our first time renting our own place, such a great decision! The cottage was perfect! The views phenomenal, watching the ferries, the cruise ships, sailboats, sunsets, sunrises so so relaxing! My girls made friends with the seagulls, walked at low tide to Maggie's Bluff restaurant, spent time in the village and enjoyed their farmers market on Saturday's. it was heaven for 10 days and we never wanted to leave! Thank you Mary for working with me on one of the best times we've had there! Can't wait to come back!"

  • Great stay in the heart of Ballard

"The house was quite comfortable for our family of 5, plus my parents. The location is unbeatable - 5 minute walk to the grocery store (and candy/ice cream store!), a few minutes longer to the Ballard Locks. Great restaurants all over the place. The Ballard Seafood festival was happening just down the street, with lots of great food to survey. Parking can be a little tricky - the place has a spot for one car, but if you have a second car you might need to be patient to hunt down a street spot."

  • Beautiful and Peaceful House

"We rented this house a few days prior to leaving Seattle on a cruise to Alaska. Two couples joined us. The house was PERFECT! We all wanted to stay longer. Each couple had their privacy with a comfortable bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen and gathering areas were spacious and beautifully furnished. We loved the neighborhood and enjoyed daily walks along the sound and up and down many hills (great exercise). The Magnolia village stores and restaurants were close and convenient, and downtown Seattle was a short drive away. We were able to see Mt. Ranier, the sound, and snow capped mountains from our bedroom balcony, and the space needle from the rear balcony. We are from the east coast and especially enjoyed the fresh air sans humidity!"

  • Nice house, close to bus line

"My family of 5 stayed for a couple of days while visiting the Seattle area. The house was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. It was only 1 block to the bus line (bus 24, direct to downtown), and across from the public library. It has a car port for parking (I had a Chrysler minivan). The house has two king sized beds that are very comfortable. any more than 4 and there is a a sofa-bed in the living room."
