  • Fantastic place to call home for a month!

"Teri and Dan made me feel incredibly welcome during my time at the Firelight Studio. They were accommodating and respectful of personal space. During my time in Seattle, they gave me some good tips as to where to get good food and have fun. If I ever find myself in West Seattle again, I'm definitely staying there!"

  • Wonderful Rental!

"We just finished a 5-night stay at this adorable cottage. The location allowed for easy access to public transportation, but I admit that my husband and I had a difficult time figuring out the Seattle bus system, hence we walked... A LOT! We were a little uncomfortable driving in the madness of Seattle traffic. (There are approximately 50,000 fewer people in Seattle vs. the entire state of Alaska, where we live, yikes).😳 The cottage had everything that a guest would need, even down to the laundry detergent. It was hot during our stay, so we greatly appreciated the air conditioner in the bedroom. We were warned ahead of time about the steepness of the driveway, so we chose a rental car that wasn't as low to the ground. As the property owners will warn you, just take it slow. While being mindful of the steepness, be mindful also of pedestrians walking on the sidewalk, since the sidewalk is at the end of the driveway. The Capitol Hill neighborhood is quite a happening place with lots of restaurants within a close proximity. This is just a great rental property, thank you so much Jose & Cindy"

  • Beautiful and Peaceful House

"We rented this house a few days prior to leaving Seattle on a cruise to Alaska. Two couples joined us. The house was PERFECT! We all wanted to stay longer. Each couple had their privacy with a comfortable bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen and gathering areas were spacious and beautifully furnished. We loved the neighborhood and enjoyed daily walks along the sound and up and down many hills (great exercise). The Magnolia village stores and restaurants were close and convenient, and downtown Seattle was a short drive away. We were able to see Mt. Ranier, the sound, and snow capped mountains from our bedroom balcony, and the space needle from the rear balcony. We are from the east coast and especially enjoyed the fresh air sans humidity!"
