"This is a beautiful, elegantly simple house with an amazing deck. As someone said, the deck is the star. Viewing the changing tides and the bird and wildlife from here is worth staying there, seriously. The house is well equipped, very comfortable and well-cared for, aesthetically pleasing. The property manager was very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would go back and stay there again if in the area. 2 caveats, though. The house design is very open, with no real separation between bedrooms, and it has one small bath to be shared. This might not work for a group. The two single beds are also meant for children, as they are short. Lastly, it is somewhat remote. If you think you are visiting Gig Harbor and walking around town, know that it is about 15 minutes away, on the freeway. There is no place to walk to for anything that we found, like coffee or groceries. Having said that, it is a unique property, well worth the trip."
