  • Great House for Kids

"Wonderful house to spend a week with our kids and grandkids. Layout was great, really appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Large sturdy kitchen table great for playing board games. Kitchen well stocked , plenty of dishes and glasses. Everything was very clean. Location was great . Karen and Ken very friendly. I wish the weather had been a bit warmer so we could have grilled and dined on the rooftop deck. Did get to enjoy the great view though. Hopefully we'll be back. Thanks"

  • Alki-Sound, the perfect place to stay

"We found Alki-Sound to be absolutely perfect for us. Just a short walking distance to our family's home. For those who love to do some walking, you can walk to Alaska Junction or Admiral and California Ave for all sorts of dining and shopping. The property had everything we needed, and everything was in great condition. Quiet, with great views. I would love to stay there again if the opportunity comes up on their calendar of openings."

  • The Apartment was exactly as advertised

"We rented this unit for ourselves, our daughter and two young granddaughters. It worked out perfectly. Second bedroom was set up as two twins and a pack 'n' play. Living room was comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped; the washer/dryer is a big plus. Best of all it was quiet. Locations is about .5 mile from Pike Place Market in one direction and .5 mile from the Space Needle in the other direction. Not too far for a 4 year old to walk with encouragement. There are tons of restaurants in the area as well as a small grocery store and bakeries. The parking garage is amazingly tight, we had a standard mini van and nothing bigger will fit but we were forewarned so all was well. All in all it was a perfect home base for our Seattle adventure. • Lucky Find

"We looked at several homes in the greater Seattle area to rent and we were very happy that we chose this one. We rented the home for five nights. The home was more spacious than we expected. We had four adults and a baby upstairs and one adult and three children in the basement. We spread out in the kitchen/family room, the living room and the patio out back. The home is close to unique restaurants, bars, shops over a two block area. Although these were more suited to the adults, there are local hamburger, pizza, and family restaurants close by. We walked a few blocks each day take the D Line into downtown Seattle so we wouldn't have to worry about parking and traffic. Carrie is very wonderful to work with and willing to accommodate your needs. We would stay here again."
