  • Very pleased with the rental property

"Everything was exactly how we like it, from the comfortable bed and hot shower, to the complete kitchen with all the necessary utensils. The starter coffee and bottle of wine was also a nice touch."

  • Tiny but everything you need!

"Tiny little cottage with two small bedrooms each containing a bed large enough for two people, a dining room area with a TV and fireplace, a moderate sized kitchen, and a loft with a sitting/reading room and the third largest bedroom. Great location (many restaurants within walking distance and bus line literally steps from the front door) and just enough space for myself, my wife, mother-in-law, and our toddler. Toddler stayed upstairs by herself (with the house provided pack and play - very nice bonus!) and slept great without any interuption from the adults talking downstairs. This was in part due to the natural white noise that the house has due to it's close proximity to the highway I-5. If you have to sleep in total silence, then bring earplugs; I generally sleep with a fan on in order to have white noise and found it unnecessary here. Highway traffic noise is noticeable but muffled enough that it doesn't disrupt. The only downside is the single bathroom. With three adults it was managable, but I think if we had a fourth adult it would have been a little frustrating in the morning. Overall the stay was great though - one of the most graciously equipped kitchens we've ever had at a rental - and we would stay again if in the area."

  • nice value in a prime location

"A very nice place at a good pricepoint. If you are ok to walk some typical Seattle hills you can be in a fun district in five minutes. They also have parking which is key in that area. The property manager is a very conscientious professional and was most helpful. There is no great view, but if you want to stay in Freemont this is a great place to stay. i would definitely book it again."
