Recent West Seattle reviews

  • Wonderful and well appointed 1BR close to Alki Beach and DT Seattle.

"Thoroughly enjoyed a week stay at this property. Beautiful and safe neighborhood. Just outside busy DT and a great treat at the end of the day. Walk 0.7 miles downhill to Alki Beach and enjoy the beach, unique restaurants and volleyball from pickup to seriously competitive games in the afternoon. (Consider lyft or uber for the way back up). Short trip downtown to the sights and tours. City Pass is ok. I'd rather have done more small group tours - read the reviews as not all guides go beyond a seemingly city wide Seattle ad camaign.Take a Pike Place Market morning food tour early on to find your favorites, you won't regret it. Use Google maps."

  • Pleasant, spacious apartment in West Seattle's North Delridge area

"While we didn't have much time to spend at the apartment during our recent stay, we found it to be very comfortable and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. An assortment of books and games provided would be fun for children. The location is near the West Seattle bridge in a neighborhood that appears to be in transition, but felt safe. The apartment is not in the heart of West Seattle, but has easy access by car or longer walk to main West Seattle hotspots. It would be very easy to access the bridge into downtown Seattle. We would stay here again."

  • Quaint Cottage

"My family of 5 stayed at the cottage and we found it to be very comfortable and accommodating. Might be a bit small if you had a large group. It worked for us because we left early morning and didn't return until evening so we didn't spend much time at the property. Love the fact it was easy to find, close to a Safeway grocery store, easy access to the highway and downtown. It does have off street parking, however, we were able to park right next to the mailbox every night. Found the recycling bins outside not clearly marked but we were able to figure out. Would stay again and recommend."

  • The best view with all the comforts of home

"We loved our time here at Theresa's rental. The home was very clean and situated right above the waters edge. The kitchen is well stocked and there is some chairs and a table outside song with a nice grill. The living room looks directly out over the water and has a fireplace (gas) which is lovely. The kitchen is well stocked. The tv room is quite comfortable, and the the bed in the master room was super comfortable. There is an upstairs apartment which ended up being rented for 5 of our 16 days. It was incredibly loud when they walked around. Son happened they were up late and early... I do not think they were loud people , i think it was perhaps poorly insulted. It was super quiet the rest of the time. The price is high (compared to other entire homes we have rented in Alki) but the location, privacy and waterfront should hold their weight. Glad to have spent time here. What an awesome location... and photographers dream."
