  • Beautiful Boat!

"Boat was exactly as described in the pictures. In spite of a chilly, rainy weekend, the cabin was very warm with the electric fireplace heater and the additional heaters in the bunks. Bill was an excellent host, and explained all the in's and out's of the boat. The galley was very well stocked. Location is perfect, especially for power walkers - easy access to restaurants/shopping/excursions. There were 3 of us on the boat and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. I could envision this as a wonderful, restful place to spend a week (but in a little better weather.) Thank you Bill for making our stay so memorable."

  • Quiet, Comfortable, Quaint

"We stayed in this cottage at Christmas time and enjoyed the lights and decorations in the neighborhood. The owners were very attentive to our needs and the property is excellently maintained. The cottage is comfortable and quiet and well located for access to shops, restaurants, the zoo and Ballard town center. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay."

  • Lots of trains and boats

"Gina's home in Seattle was clean, comfortable and close to many interesting Seattle sites. The ship locks are fun to visit and Discovery park is only a short distance away. The kitchen has most of the cooking utensils one will need to prepare meals at home. We needed a blender and Gina was very kind to lend us one for the duration of our stay. Beds are comfortable with plenty of blankets and the view from the main living area and master bedroom is awesome. To help plan your stay : 1) Parking is on the street so be careful when opening your car door into traffic. 2) We enjoyed the sound of the cargo trains crossing the bridge every few hours but light sleepers may be woken by the sound - consider bringing a sound generator to help keep you asleep."
