"My wife and I stayed here for a week and the Apt was perfect. Everything you need is there, nice kitchen eating area and very quiet! Katya and Eve were great to work with and the bottle of wine was a great touch! Close to space needle, fish Market and downtown area. We walked to all of these places. Plenty of eating places within 10 minutes or less walking. I would definately recommend staying here."

  • Secluded getaway

"This was just what we needed for a short trip away from work and the daily grind! This property is uniquely amazing with the architecture and art displayed throughout. It was clean, and well kept with all needed amenities. Recommend a rental car as your are a 15 minute drive from downtown without traffic, but, this is also a very short commute from restaurant "Bucher and the Baker" which has an amazing Sunday brunch. It was nice to explore downtown Seattle during the day, and relax at night away from the chaos. The only downfall was the communication as we never received a welcome email with wifi password, instructions for hot tub, etc, and there were not instructions inside the house."

  • Great location and everything needed

"We have stayed at several of Sea to Sky rentals locations in Seattle. This was a very nice spot perfect location roomy unit with several top quality restaurants within a 2 block radius. We had a problem with the wash machine not working correctly. 1 call to the management company and a quick response by the building maintence man got us going within the hour. The only downside was that the building common areas were being remodeled. So the pool, spa sauna were closed. However, we will be staying there again and look forward to the remodel results."

  • Charming Little Flat

"I must say that the photos advertised on Home Away for this particular property were true to form. I arrived in Seattle, nervous about the process of gaining access to this darling little flat, only to find that obtaining the keys to the unit was effortless. I took the subway from the SEATAC Airport (about 30 min ride) to WestLake Station, in the heart of downtown and about 5 blocks to the KeyCafe at Clay's Market next to the convention center. The directions given were easy to follow as I quickly opened the secured key box. A very good idea to keep with you the codes that the owner sends for without them, there is no way to gain access to the property. As I'd arrived early, I took to walking to the Seattle Art Museum, leisurely blocks from Clay's Market and spent the afternoon admiring the collections and the special exhibits of Goya, Picasso, Hogarth, Durer and Rembrandt. Lunch and a little shopping at the nearby Target completed much of my afternoon and so I walked back toward the convention center, only to find that the flat was literally around the corner from Clay's Market (5 to 10 min walk.) With instructions in hand, I immediately gained access to the building and was in the unit in no time. The flat was very clean and as advertised. It had all of the amenities for one person and could easily accommodate two people. Beyond that, it would be a bit crowded. The bed was comfortable. And while I didn't use the kitchen much, it was thoroughly stocked with dishes and glasses etc. The lighting in this flat was okay. It could use more standing lamps in the corners of the living area for folks like me who read a lot. The bathroom could use a soap dish and a floor mat for the shower. The bedroom could definitely use another table and lamp to brighten up the place. If I were staying there a week, more towels would definitely be in order. I was there for 3 days. The flat was amazingly quiet and I never heard people in other units. Overall, this was a wonderful experience as the flat was most convenient to my meeting place and to great shops and restaurants. The famed Capitol Hill was a stone's throw away, where I walked to have dinner. I would most definitely stay at this flat again and would highly recommend it to others. The owners were most accommodating. Michael"
