  • Best Weekend!!

"We had a large group stay at this magnificent home! Everything was perfect! It all started with the help and patience of Gurdrun. She was so willing to work with me and all my questions and changes to our reservation. It was a very last minute reservation and she still made it very easy for us. The house is set up very well. You have everything you could possibly need. Not to mention the HEATED pool and hot tub. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in and they were plenty of them! The view was amazing! Thank you Gudrun for making it a great weekend! We hope to come back soon."

  • Perfect weekend!

"My husband and grown kids enjoyed a long weekend in this wonderful home to say goodby to the summer sun. The property is awesome, very well stocked and decorated. The lake and beach area was so much fun. Spent the days cruising around the lake and playing in the water. We will definitely be back."

  • Peaceful, Private, Perfect Hideaway

"This was our second visit to the Chuckanut Hideaway and it won't be our last! It is the perfect blend of quiet and peaceful while being close to the city of Bellingham for great restaurants, parks and shopping. The Hideaway is cozy, clean and modern with spectacular views of Chuckanut Bay. Although it is a studio, there is plenty of room - comfortable bed, large modern bathroom (complete with a porthole to capture the views) and great furniture on which to spend the afternoon reading and relaxing. Although the kitchen has no oven or stovetop it is well stocked and convenient for preparing light meals and/or snacks. Fairhaven restaurants and coffee shops are just a short drive down the road for larger meals. The small porch is the perfect spot for coffee in the morning or wine in the evening while watching the sunset. So sorry we missed you again this year, Howard!"
