  • Spectacular location, intimate cabin

"Erinn's getaway is a well maintained, fun and functional rustic-style cabin that quickly makes you feel at home. The view into the bay is beautiful, and the cabin is surprisingly packed with amenities and even came with a bundle of wood for use in the patio fireplace. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked for those that dine in, and the town of La Conner sports a variety of eateries of surprisingly great quality. We ate in tpwn at Nell Thorn's, the Brewery, and built our own Bloody Mary's at Amelia's. All were delicious! Spent a relaxing afternoon strolling the shops, wine tasting, and enjoying the charm of La Conner and the shop keepers. I would not hesitate to stay here again, especially given its accessibility to the greater Seattle area. Thanks for your attention to details and making it such a great weekend Erinn! - Mike"

  • Amazing property

"My husband and I visited from Denver and stayed at Driftwood for 2 nights with our adult daughter, a Seattle resident now. The cabin is welcoming, warm, and light with an incredible view. The actual view far surpassed the photos. We played games and enjoyed a non-plugged in stay comprised of beach walking, a dinner at the local tavern, a visit to Ebey's Landing where we spotted a 50 foot grey whale, hot tubbing under the stars, and sunsets that left us quiet on the deck. Wonderful steps right down to an expansive beach...well equipped kitchen, comfy master also with a view and a generally amazing home with good feeling. Greg is great!"

  • Simple cabin getaway

"We stayed in the cabin on Lopez Island and found it to be just the right size for a couple. Super quiet and beautiful. The quick email responses from Karleen were much appreciated. The cabin was simple and cozy. The bed wasn't the best (extremely flat pillows, small bed for two adults). The price is great for a sweet little spot on the island, although it is directly next to the owner's home- would be good to have a photo that shows the closeness. My only suggestion would be to have a small single burner stove top, to go with the pots provided. It was hard to make any meals there with the convection oven/toaster oven. We would definitely stay here again and think it was a good medium priced place for an amazing island getaway."

  • Family Relaxation

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This quaint home perfectly fit the needs of our diverse group! The older kids took over the loft area while each couple had their own room downstairs. There was plenty of room for the portable crib too. The girls were thrilled to find a bit of privacy as one of the bunk beds was tucked into a tiny room in the loft. The kitchen met our needs, although a dishwasher would have been fabulous. The deck and views were amazing. We loved to watch our big kids catching crabs and skimming rocks while we savored the sunset and views. Everyone enjoyed the inflatable kayak we brought along, although we had to wait for the tide to come in a few times. It was an easy drive to Anacortes for a whale watching tour with Mystic Sea Charters and also for a beautiful hike. We enjoyed tooling around La Conner while the kids caught Pokemon. We picked blackberries and made a delicious cobbler on one of our nights. Nell Thorn Restaurant and La Conner Brewing (for happy hour) were both hits. Although the house has some quirks, the space and views definitely made up for it."
