  • Great Place

"We had a very nice stay. The house is very comfortable and is set in a lovely little valley. Truly wonderful hikes in the area!!! The Northern Cascades are splendid! The little towns around aren't much to speak of, so bring your provisions. Steve is very nice to work with."

  • Comfy and Cozy

"Beautiful house with all the comforts of home. Well stocked with just about anything you may need. Came up to Marblemount to float the river and see the bald eagles, would love to come back and stay during the summer and do some hiking. Highly recommended."

  • Great base for exploring the Skagit River and North Cascades

"This cottage is exactly as described and quite comfortable. The house is clean, kitchen well-stocked and the beds are comfortable. It is a great location to explore the area whether you're sightseeing, hiking or enjoying the snow. The riverfront was quite scenic! We enjoyed this place very much."

  • Nice Place!!

"My wife and I stayed here for about 5 days in August of 2016. We did a lot of hiking in the North Cascade National Park nearby, and this was a great place to stay that is about halfway between the coast and the North Cascade National Park. We also visited San Juan Island via ferryboat from Anacortes (about an hour to the west). *The cabin was clean and the view out the front windows to the Skigit River is great! *It is secluded from the neighbors; you can easily sit out on the deck without the anybody seeing you (unless they drive by on the road). *Close to a few amenities (good grocery store, a gas station, and a few restaurants) that will provide you with anything you need for your stay. All less than 5 minuntes from the cabin. *The bed was comfortable *I'm guessing the cabin was built in the 80's, but its very well kept. We would stay here again and/or recomend others to stay here!!"
