  • Lovely house with beautiful water views and hot tub!

"We had a wonderful stay, enjoying the hot tub, the gas fireplace and the beautiful water views. The location is great...just minutes from Oak Harbor and all the conveniences, yet located on a quiet road. Thanks Tim for being so attentive to our needs. We'd love to stay again sometime!"

  • A perfect home, away from home!

"The second floor unit has beautiful panoramic views of both sides of the island so we were able to enjoy many gorgeous sunsets. The kitchen is well equipped, even with a variety of spices. The nautical decor is a cozy cottage-like atmosphere, and is very comfortable. We enjoyed every day of our multiple week stay and Anna and Tony made sure we had everything we needed. Our stay was perfect in every way."

  • Will forever be part of a VERY special life memory ❤️

"This gorgeous cabin and it's views & surrounds are beyond spectacular. Every detail, every TINY DETAIL is impeccable and I can't imagine a single way to improve on it! The ambiance, the decore, the goreous tub & walk in shower, romatic fireplace, full service kitchen, beautiful attention to detail, it was a dream. Also being so close to downtown LaConner, you could take a quick drive over the "peach bridge" for yet another walk on the water or romantic dinner or just ice cream, but none of that is even necessary with the beachfront in the gorgeous views at the cabin. This place is fit for a honeymoon .... Which is worth mentioning , since in the magic of our surroundings in the middle of that beautiful living room , with the fire place going in the gorgeous view of the water , my love proposed to me ❤️ This place has magic! We plan to come back and there's a good chance I might go back for a girls gettaway as well 😍"

  • Perfect Island View Retreat!

"This luxurious and private Kickit Island view waterfront home was absolutely ideal for our small family reunion to celebrate my father 90th birthday in style! The water view is front and center from living room, dining room and master bedroom windows and sets the tone for the perfect get-away even if you are unable (due to age or winter weather) to get outside and enjoy the nearby beaches and Kickit Island Preserve. We were there for New Year's Eve and Day and were even treated to several hours of snow fall followed by fireworks viewable from the windows - magical! Everything about this beautiful, spacious home is 'top of the line' from the beds in the 5 bedrooms (comfy pillow-top mattresses, down pillows and comforters, etc.) and the heated floors in the hallways, to the cookware in the kitchen and place-settings (including fine crystal and candles) for the dining room table. The kitchen is designed for professionals and easily accommodated the many 'chefs' in our family (sometimes as many as 5 at one time) who collaborated to make our stay as delectable as it was comfortable! All of the tools you could possibly need for cooking and serving were available, including as many dishes as you could possible use, in the cupboards. Even paper towels and Kleenex were provided - someone truly thought of all the details! The large, down-filled sectional sofa was a fantastic location for our 8 family members to curl up with a glass of wine or a hot spiced cider and even served as a comfy, alternate sleeping spot when one bedroom (which is not adequately heated in the winter for the cold snap the region was experiencing when we were there) turned out not to be usable for us. This home would easily and comfortably accommodate 11 visitors in the summer, when all 5 bedrooms would be warm and cozy. The owner, Ken, was very pleasant and accommodating. Truly, the only small disappointment was being asked not to use the beautiful fireplace in the living room (hopefully this can be made usable in the future). Although this home is, understandably, in a higher priced range for VRBOs, you would be wise to consider it when your family or group is looking for a unforgettable retreat location!"
