  • nice place to stay

"We were in Bellingham for the first time and found this place to settle into with our 2 year old son. Sally and the property manager were very responsive for the booking and prior to arrival with all our questions. The location is very close to downtown and easily accessible to everything the area has to offer. She provided a portable crib which was fantastic. There are no sea views here but the price reflects it! One word of caution though, it is very close to the highway, and my husband had difficulty sleeping the first night due to the trucks rolling by - the noise machine that was provided did help, but think about that if you are a sensitive sleeper."

  • Amazing House. Amazing Property. Amazing View.

"16 members of our extended family ( ages 4-70+) gathered here for our annual reunion and it was the perfect spot for us . Everybody's needs were met: Kids ( ages 4-18) loved the pool. The adventure seekers had great access to local trails for hiking and serious mountain biking. The golfers were very satisfied with local courses. The shoppers enjoyed Bellingham and La Conor. And those of us who like to chill by the pool with a book for most of the day managed to get out for some great runs and bike rides in to town for delicious food when we felt like being active. We spent all of evenings together with cocktails by the pool, dinners on the deck and a walk to the bluff to take in the incredible sunsets.; a beautiful way to show off the PNW to our East Coast family members. The house itself has everything you need and then some and the manager was very eager to accommodate and help in anyway needed during our stay. If you want a private , exquisite property that sleeps16 people comfortably with tons of amenities - this is your spot. You won't want to leave the house once you check in - It's awesome!"

  • More than Perfect!

"Cedar Tree House was more than perfect for our large group of 14 family members during a weekend of wedding festivities. The setting is peaceful and welcoming, making all of us feel like we were HOME. The house is enveloped in a grove of cedars, which emits a sense of blissful seclusion. I was pleasantly surprised with the large bedrooms, which provided adequate, comfortable beds for all of us. Never once did we feel overcrowded in this spacious, lovely home. The hot tub was one of my favorite experiences - relaxing, floating and enjoying the songs of the frogs. A perfect way to end our busy days. Cedar Tree House will always be our first choice when we visit the Bellingham area! Kara, thank you for your hospitality and genuine spirit of kindness!"
