  • Beautiful View in a Peaceful Location

"Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this place for 4 adults and 2 children and it was a great size, nice to have 2 bathrooms. Kitchen plates, utensils, cooking pots/pans were sufficient. Did not have sponges or tin foil that was noted in the paperwork. We did notice small amounts of dust and cob webs in places but overall it was clean. The drive way is very steep! We made it up and down but had an SUV to accomplish this! It was nice to 5-10 minutes from Eastsound."

  • Clean, up to date, truly Hidden Away

"This is an updated property with a modern and large bath with a couple -sized shower. The owner accurately described the property. Perfect for two. Very private. There is a garage above to park in so do bring the Porsche or mid-sized SUV. View is gorgeous and hypnotizing. Sunsets are glorious. The owner said a train or two will zip by and they do late at night. A very light sleeper may not like this, but it is disclosed. It is best to come and go in daylight as the road to a hideaway always requires a little bit of Northwest dirt road trekking. As we are pizza makers we were extremely impressed with Fat Pie pizza. Wow! And their bruschetta was ridiculously good. Trust me! Mount Bakery's crescent cinnamon roll was out of this world. As this rental has only a microwave and mini fridge, which is disclosed, plan your meals by bringing cereal, cold foods, microwavable foods, snacks and/or augmenting with the variety of eateries nearby or in Bellingham. We enjoyed our stay."

  • Beautiful in every season

"We just enjoyed our second stay at this gem of a cottage. Having experienced it in December and August, we are now looking forward to more visits, as it was idyllic in both seasons. The views and location can't be beat. On colder days it is wonderful to be able to stay warm and cozy while still getting so much light (great windows!) and enjoy watching the water from next to the little gas fireplace. The property is very well maintained and well managed and has everything needed for a relaxing, comfortable stay, including complete kitchen ware and nice bedding. Highly recommended!"

  • Immaculate waterfront home with incredible views!

"This beachside home was the perfect choice for our visit to see family who live in the area, The house had everything we needed to host a couple of family meals (a grill, plenty of dishes and pots & pans), and it's convenient to the many restaurants and activities in the Bellingham area. We totally relaxed in this beautiful, well-kept home, and especially enjoyed being on the water. We hated to leave!"
