  • This home is large and comfortable with a great view. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to get to.

"We had a great time staying here! We have a large family and we're thrilled to find a place to accommodate all of us at a reasonable price. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies (except for a pizza cutter?) and there was plenty of towels and bedding. We really appreciated that there was a washer and dryer available as well. The extra refrigerator in the basement was a bonus since we had a lot of groceries. The only (tiny) glitch was that the binder with home's additional notes was missing pages- most notably the WiFi information. I called the owner, Ed, and he returned my call promptly with the needed WiFi and password. We would definitely stay here again! If you have a big family, you'll love this place!"

  • Fit the Bill

"We needed a place to stay in the Lynden area for ourselves, our children and granddaughters while we attended a neice's wedding. The house fit the bill perfectly. We enjoyed the large living room for visiting together. The bunkbed room was perfect for our son and his family of girls. We of course enjoyed the large master suit. The home is tastefully staged and updated. The owner was very helpful and prompt in communicating any details. We will definitely rent again if the occasion so arises, as well as recommend it to friends."

  • Very nice, quiet setting. Beautiful home.

"I recently stayed at this property with family. There were four adults and five kids ranging from 5 to 16 years old. We had a great time staying here, it's a nice open floor plan and good for a big group. The kitchen is gourmet, very nice six burner range and plenty of prep space to cook for a large group of people. The house is situated on at least a few acres and has lake frontage. The view from the family room out to the lake is very nice. The property is only a few minutes drive to the town of Maple Falls. The dirt road that leads to the property could use a little work, but was not all that bad. You just need to take it pretty slow in a few spots. If you are heading up to Mt. Baker it is a fairly good drive. 45 minutes to an hour if you hit traffic or foul weather. Nice drive though and you go through the town of Glacier which has better restaurants than Maple Falls. With much friendlier service, too. The only thing to consider when renting this house with a large group or with kids is the fact that it has a balcony/loft with four beds. If you plan on staying up late while the people on the loft are in bed you're better off out in the hot tub or by the fire pit. It can be loud up on the loft with people talking down below... I highly recommend this property."

  • Baker Lodge is the perfect place for a crowd.

"We had a fun filled few days of skiing at Mt Baker with a crowd of teenagers. During our stay we had a huge storm and a power cut, but it only added to the experience...we had more than enough space, lots of games, delightful setting by the stream, and close proximity to the town of Glacier. The owner's representative was extremely efficient and helpful, even dispatching her son to make sure we were all right when the power went out!!! We would highly recommend the house, and would love to return another day. Thank you!!"
