  • Amazing!

"We had an amazing weekend with friends at Lake Quinault. The house was very clean and it has everything you need to have a great stay. Also, Brenda was an amazing host. Thanks Brenda! Highly recommended!"

  • Better than the rest

"I have stayed out in the valley a number of times and found that most all of the houses are similar: undistinguished ski lodges with very basic furnishings. This house is completely different. Great pool and hot tub, beautiful views, well decorated with a top line kitchen and nice beds. 3 steps above the rest."

  • Excellent place to relax!

"We Edmonds Walkers found just what we were looking for at Kati's Craftsman Beach House. Despite our only full day there, on which we had planned to do some hiking, being completely uncooperative weatherwise, the large accomodating spaces of the living room with fireplace, the dining room,, and the easy to move around and well stocked kitchen, provided exactly what we needed to relax, chat, cook, eat, and sit on the porch and take in the beautiful view comfortably. Although we were saddened that the weather didn't provide us an opportunity to sit around a nice fire in the yard, the fireplace in the living room did the same and we didn't have to get out of our sleepwear. The beds were all very comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and efficient. The only criticism we had was that the couches were very soft. So much so that we had trouble getting up and out once we sat down. But again, who going to complain about having to sit around with best friends in front of a fire with your sleepwear still on. We will certainly consider returning to Kati's Beach House in the future; hopefully when it's sunny and warm."

  • A perfect Christmas cabin

"Bird lovers beware, you won't want to leave this house! We loved watching and identifying all the species of feathered friends that were always in and near the water, especially at low tide. Bald eagles, egrets, merganser ducks, mallard ducks, bufflehead ducks, pelicans, seagulls, and on and on! And the salmon, so many in the water! Their fins looked like miniature sharks as they swam around spawning. The house itself was very comfortable for three adults. It was clean and well appointed. The kitchen served its purpose well as we prepared Christmas dinner and other meals. We had a hard time keeping away from the large windows that look out onto the stream and woods. We liked the secluded location, it was quiet and very dark at night, we slept well! The open bedrooms did not pose much of a problem as one bed could not see the other. We would definitely return."
