  • Cozy, well equipped cabin!

"Me and a few of my high school girlfriend's from the reunion committee enjoyed this cozy and clean, well equipped cabin in Packwood this weekend. We cooked some of our meals and and went out for lunch in a near by restaurant that's minutes away in town. We enjoyed the solitary environment. Good location for any one planning to go on hikes, or skiing, hunting, climbing MT Rainer. Nice RV point for any expeditions. The owner's, Rob & Carla has kept this place very charming. Inside the cabin there was WIFI, Cable TV's, free HBO, and a land line phone that works. "The owner Rob called when we got there to make sure everything was alright and to our liking, very considerate of him." There's a Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee maker and more! Well equipped kitchen! The whole place was cozy and warm with an easy turn on fireplace! Bedrooms were nice and beds were comfortably. I recommended this cabin for anybody who wants to get away from home for couple of days. I look forward to staying in this Cozy Cabin again soon! I'm telling all my friends and family about it too! Thank you Rob & Carla"

  • Fun Cabin!

"We stayed here with 2 adults and 3 children. The kids LOVED the cabin. They loved the upstairs loft, games available, and the fire pit was a hit. The kitchen was fulled stocked with the pots/pans/utensils needed to cook all of our meals. The beds were comfortable with comfy bedding. We appreciated that we were able to bring our dog. While you're in a neighborhood it was relatively quiet. It was a nice walk to the creek. Packwood was a great place to kick off hiking to Packwood Lake (dog friendly) and to Rainier (which is not). We'd like to go back to visit Mt St Helens. Overall, I'd recommend this for families. Not if you have very small children (keeping them from climbing the stairs would be difficult)."

  • Perfect Family Getaway

"Pam was so accommodating and the moment you arrived you felt at home. Everything was clean and extremely comfortable. Perfect location for 4 adults, 2 small kids and 2 small dogs. The hot tub and fire pit were perfect for a cool summer nights. The house had just about everything you could need from, games, toys, cooking supplies, grilling supplies and sand toys. The local grocery store in town is quite quaint and well stocked. The private beach was actually sandy and not just covered with large rocks, great place for kids and dogs. Anytime we contacted them we were able to get a quick response back. Internet was a bit spotty but Pan was available to troubleshoot. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Mountain Mist!"
