  • Thumbs Up!

"Cool place to get away from the city for a few days. We spent most of our time at the river only a small walk from the cabin."

  • Conveniently located for visiting Mt Rainier NP.

"Four of us spent a weekend in this comfortable little cabin and took day trips into the Paradise area for hiking and exploring Mt Rainier NP. The cabin was well equipped for cooking meals and the beds were comfortable. There were other cabins close by, but the neighborhood was quite and the hot tub felt good after a day of hiking."

  • Great Fun

"Bob's Cabin was the perfect spot for my wife, me, and her parents. Very cozy. The owners were super accommodating and the hot tub was great for relaxing after a day's hike. Highly recommended. Check out the selection of classic fantasy and sci-fi novels behind the couch!"

  • Cozy Cain and great location

"The cabin is very homey, decorated with custom made woodwork and furniture from the wooden bench in the entrance all the way to the deck area. The owner has put a lot of attention building it. The cabin has 2 decent size rooms with 2 bathrooms and a queen size futon downstairs. There is no TV but tons of movie selections. We didn’t’ get to use the hot tub but it is very clean and overlooking the huge yard and the creek. You can hear a small creek water running in the backyard. The lot is pretty big with a picnic table at the back. There is a gas grill as well which is very handy. The kitchen is fully equipped but if you don’t want to cook. There are several restaurants in town. The cabin is gated as well so additional security. The cabin is conveniently located and a quick drive to the Longmire entrance. Paul was very attentive and offered us some great travel tips before our trip and it was extremely helpful. Paul also came and showed us the house, really appreciate his hospitality. I would definitely come back and stay again and would highly recommend anyone staying here.. There is no grocery store in town but you can get your grocery in Packwood."
