  • Loved it.

"We thoroughly enjoyed this property. Great location on the lake, the dock for our boat was perfect. Clean, comfortable home that made us feel very welcome. An excellent place to relax and take in the beauty of this area."

  • Semiahmoo weekend

"We enjoyed the condo very much. Being on the ground floor and so easily accessible to the beach was very enjoyable. The golf there is fantastic and we saw lots of boat traffic as it was opening day for dungeness crab. We missed watching the first preseason game of the Seahawks because the TV didn't have a DVR. But getting away from the TV was a better option anyway. I do think that you need to clear the bird nests on the outside fixtures because they make a real mess below. There is a ferry boat for passengers that goes from the Semiahmoo resort next door over to the Blaine spit. Thats pretty convenient instead of driving around. the sunken livingroom is attractive, but presents a challenge for older folks who may not see it, or don't easily negotiate it. It should have a railing in the center to "announce" that there is a drop there."

  • Cozy and Relaxing

"My husband and I just returned from our 3 nights up at this cabin, and could not be more pleased with our stay. Everything was perfect and I want to thank Dan and Susan for really making this lovely cabin a fantastic little getaway available for those of us so busy with life that sometimes you just have to stop and disconnect. From the moment we arrived, to watching all the wildlife, to the fantastic VHS videos provided, we let the stresses of life melt away. Of course we were early in the season to go up to Mt. St. Helens, but we did drive over to the Ape Caves and walk in the nature paths in the area for some fresh air. Evening spent listening to our Jazz music by the wood fireplace and hot coffee on the porch laughing at the Chimpmunks, BlueJays and Squirrels to the sound of the rain on the roof was complete bliss. The cabin had everything we needed for our basic comforts and the feeling of privacy and beautiful views was just what we both needed. We look forward to returning one day and enjoying our time in this cabin again."

  • Amazing views and grounds

"Wow, the pictures don't do justice to how nice the view and property is at this house. It felt like a private park and the kids loved the badminton court, horse shoes and the quick walk down to the beach. House had everything needed and the owners showed premium hospitality. We will be back to this one, the kids cried to leave."
