  • Relaxing Summer getaway!

"We stayed in the unit next door that Billy had recently purchased. He still had some updates that he wanted to do, but I was struggling to find availability for July 4th weekend and reached out about this property. It wasn't available, but Billy offered his next door unit even though it wasn't quite ready for "prime time". The unit was perfect and Billy was awesome to work with. He was responsive, followed up with us before we left, gave very clear directions, and offered suggestions on things to do/where to go. The property is in a quiet location, felt very safe, was extremely peaceful, and so close to Snowshoe. My kids (18,16, & 12) and I really enjoyed our weekend and would definitely rent from Billy again."

  • Wonderful Cabin, Secluded and Peaceful

"You will not go wrong renting this cabin! We had our three generation family (7 people) and one dog, and had plenty of room. This was our first time in WV. The cabin owner was wonderful to work with, always responded in a timely manner and graciously answered my million questions about the cabin as well as provided awesome information about area recreation. The listing is accurate to what you will get, and the cabin is even nicer than what you expect to find. The property was clean and maintained. Advice: We have Verizon and did not get cell service anywhere we went, and we drove up to 2 hours from the cabin. Do bring a phone card as suggested. The good news is, there is WiFi in the cabin and it works great if you need to communicate to anyone back home. There are plenty of outdoor chairs - no need to haul your own. Definitely bring all the food you will need because grocery stores are lacking. Things to do: Go check out Seneca Rocks. There is an awesome visitor center and a hike up the mountain you will not soon forget. Plan to be gone the whole day if you do the hike because it is long, but worth the 2 hour drive! Also visit N-Rocks. We have never rock climbed before but did the Via Ferrata climb. Beautiful views and very exhilarating. It was worth the money and the drive. If fishing for trout, you can catch just as many in the creek at the entrance of the private road as anywhere in the area. (During mid-June anyway...) Great place to let the kids fish and catch tadpoles."

  • Amazing Property!

"We had a blast on vacation last week at Top of the Ridge Cabin. Scott & Lynn were SO helpful and they are correct when they say in the listing that all you need is your food, drinks and clothing. They have thought of everything and that made our Family Reunion Vacation even that much better. I could not have asked for a better set up and the views are over the top beautiful. The kids also had a great time playing in the treehouse and running around the corn maze! We will be back! Thank you again for EVERYTHING!"
