  • Perfect place for families

"We kept repeating over the weekend how this property has everything you could possibly want in a weekend visit with our families! We rented both the Hummingbird and the Chickadee - having both bathrooms and more than enough bedrooms for our 3 families was a great choice for us. We enjoyed the bonfire pit (compete with firewood so we didn't have to go searching for any), the screen porch - the kids spent many hours playing the throwback games, swinging in the hammock, and we even did both our dinners out there, lawn games in the huge yard, and even TVs in several rooms for those times when you just want to throw on a cartoon to occupy the kids or news while you drink your coffee. Kevin has an eye for design as it was very well decorated. We stayed here for the Kite Festival and hope to come back next year - great proximity to the lake (we didn't bike due to the ages of our small kids, but the trail is right there). All together it was an awesome rental and we hope to do it again next year!"

  • A wonderful cousins convergence!

"We were a family group of 14 adult cousins (singles & couples) and 2 aunts. This house in Two Rivers turned out to be perfect for us. The most impressive thing about this house is that it sits right on Lake Michigan! There is a deck that overlooks the water and a never ending view! We enjoyed watching the white pelicans from the decks of the house or even sitting inside the house. The house is plenty big to accommodate large groups and we were all able to sit and dine together. We found that the home was well stocked with towels and linens and we were pleased to find a pillow pantry! There were plenty of restaurants, wineries and things to do within a short drive. And if you decide to take a longer drive you can be at the northern tip of Door County in about 2 hours. The host, Tom, was always quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend this home and hope to return again some day."

  • Clean, quiet, relaxing.

"The house is very clean and bright. We really enjoyed the fireplace in the living room. A bathroom in each bedroom is a true plus. Kitchen is well equipped. Basic supply of soap, paper towels, toilet paper is very helpful. The house is 5 minutes away from multiple paths through the forest and from the beautiful beach of lake Michigan. We had a great vacation."

  • What a view

"The view is all you need to know about. If there is a better one on Lake Michigan I would be surprised. We slept with the screen door open every night so we could hear the waves crashing. Great location for visiting from Door County to Sheboygan."
