  • Winter Stay in the Northwoods

"This cabin is well equipped and gorgeous. Although we came in the winter, we were still able to enjoy the views of the frozen lake. The cabin itself is immaculate although for snowmobiles, it is a bit off the trail (2 miles). It is the perfect place for a weekend getaway and Dave and Teri were very informative and helpful when booking as we were trying to get a weekend with some snow! PI is a great town to easily access the Michigan Trail System as well as Wisconsin and more western trails. The bonus room is great to be able to come in and leave your snow gear without tromping through the house. With a little colder weather our stay would have been a perfect 10, but I give it a 9!"

  • Wonderfully relaxing weekend

"Lovely and serene. The cabin was very homey. The owner went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The cabin had a north woods rustic feel while having all the modern amenities we could want. The kids had a blast and we all can't wait to come back next year."

  • Great little place by the lake.

"Plenty of room for everything we needed. We lived the screened in porch! The dock was nice with an electric plug in close by. The owners were great and made sure we had a great time while we were there."

  • Unplugged and Secluded

"This property offered my family exactly what we were looking for during our trip to the North Woods: 1) A lake that was easily accessible from the property, swimmer friendly, and no big motor boats. 2) Very close to the bike trail in Boulder Junction. We simply rode our bikes out to the main road and within a mile or so we were on the trail. 3) Private. Quiet. Peaceful. Clean. With a large selection of DVDs, a great big deck with a hummingbird feeder, comfortable beds, and two well-placed hammocks, we had everything we needed for a lovely week. When we needed the internet, we biked or drove to the Boulder Junction Library (newer, beautiful facility). We are looking forward to returning next summer!"
