  • Amazing weekend

"We rented this cabin for a bachelor party weekend, and it was PERFECT for our party of 14! The deck was our home for most of the weekend with enough space for hanging out, playing bean bags, hot tubbing, a card table, and lots of food all the the same time. The weather was perfect the entire weekend. The owner was great to deal with and more than accommodating. Everything we needed, all in one location. A GREAT guys weekend. Could not have asked for a better place."

  • Loved it....Lots of updates.

"Our family was very comfortable here. The owner put in a new refrigerator. carpets had just been shampooed and the grounds were beautiful. The cabin is nestled right in front of the swimming beach of an old relic of a resort. All the cabinets have been condos, and it is very quiet here. We caught a huge walleye right out in front of our cabin and there are lots of bass and panfish as well. We will be back for sure. Thank you for all the attention to the small details."

  • Glorious Getaway for Labor Day weekend

"My wife and I arrived late Friday evening at Jerry & Ann's place. We were then personally guided by Jerry driving ahead of us through the unfamiliar darkness on the short but curvy road to the cottage. The cabin is remarkably clean, with a mid-twentieth century rustic feel but well updated and appointed. The view of the lake and the property's water frontage present a relaxing atmosphere, as does the wooded lot and the neighbors' timber on either side of the yard, creating welcome privacy and quiet. A complete up-north accommodation, just pack your bags and a few groceries, and enjoy Soo Lake like we did. We can't wait to return."

  • What a great place!

"This was our first time staying at Ted and Jill's lake home. We were raised in the northwest Wisconsin area so we know a lot about the area. This is one of the best, and anyone looking around at other places will find it difficult to find much better. The cabin is beautiful and that makes you want to treat it like your own. There are stairs going down to the lake, but they are easily walked. The steps are laid out well...even my 80+ year old father-in-law could even do them. When you get to the bottom, you are treated to a a beautiful view of the lake and a dock and sandy bottom to swim in! We spent a great deal of time kayaking the lake and the Namekogen River and swimming. We also rented a pontoon and pulled a tube, which was also quite enjoyable. There are very few places that we would ever stay at again...this is certainly one of them. Ted was a wonderful host and we gladly and highly recommend his lake home !"
