  • Cute and Cozy!

"We spent Sun - Sat at this cute place! It was certainly cozy but perfect for the three of us (my hubs and daughter). It is very quiet and the owner is super to work with. We brought our well behaved dog with us with prior approval from the owner. Burlington was a fun town to explore and only a few minutes drive away. We spent a day in Lake Geneva too which was also close by. We hope to book again!"

  • The best place in the best location on the best lake (in a nutshell)

"My family of 4 spent the week at this fantastic place. We had friends, relatives and kid's friends come up to hang out with us on various days. We brought our boat and had a fantastic time with absolutely no problems or disappointments, none. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Bill and Mary are the fabulous owners and they have thought of everything you could possibly need in a place including maintaining the fantastic swimming area keeping a nice sandy bottom and a fire pit for smores. They are also ready with any question you may have about the place or the lake. The lake is a wonderful, clear, deep and spring fed lake with this house in the perfect spot for sunsets and morning coffee. The town of Twin Lakes is 5 minutes away for groceries and great places to eat. There is plenty of room and the place is furnished perfectly. We love lakehouses and have probably rented about 20 over the years and this one is by far the best place we have ever rented."

  • Highly Recommended!

"A group of childhood friends and I rented this cottage for a weekend in May. We are in our 30s and 40s and get together once a year for a weekend without the youngsters. We arrived Friday and left Sunday. The entire weekend was spent on the property, grilling, enjoying the yard, pier, fresh air, great views, and spectacular sunsets. The living room and kitchen are open and surrounded by windows and walk-out deck. Plenty of bedrooms and beds. All-in-all this is a fantastic place to relax for a weekend. And Susie was super easy to work with and very accommodating. In my VRBO/Airbnb/HomeAway experiences that "customer service" is invaluable. We will be back!"

  • The perfect multigenerational family vacation

"We have been fortunate to spend the last 3 summer vacations in John and Nancy's beautiful lake home. It is the perfect setting for our family of 11 (grandparents, 2 children and grandchildren, 5 of them, ages 8-15. The 3 level home with 3 family rooms is spacious, allowing together times and quiet times. The enclosed porch is one of my favorite rooms to read, work on a puzzle or have an early morning cup of coffee. The bedrooms and bathrooms are lovely and comfortable. We cooked every meal in the kitchen, except the nights we grilled outside. The kitchen has everything you need plus space for several to be together cooking. The grounds are so pretty with different places to congregate. We especially loved the rental of the pontoon and other water equipment. There are stores close by and Lake Geneva is only about 15 minutes away. We all loved our time there and hope to return!"
