  • Family reunion at the Lodge

"A lot of planning went into a family get-together in Big Horn - We had relatives from FL., OH, TX and Colorado - Ten in one family stayed at the Lodge, the others elsewhere in Big Horn, but we had most of our meals, games and relaxing time at the Lodge. It was perfect for everyone - from a 3 yr old to grandparents. 6 small children, plus teens had so much fun running around outside and playing outdoor games, hiking, and exploring - We could join in or sit on the very comfortable and shaded porch and watch the activity - with the gorgeous view of the Bighorns as a backdrop. The lodge was comfortable - plush linens on all the beds, plenty of bathrooms, and a completely outfitted commercial kitchen for big group meals. The property was very clean, well-cared for, and durable finishes made it a perfect place for the kids. The gathering spaces were large and ideal for our group. The hosts did everything possible to make our stay the best - The kids who had never been "west", said it was the "best vacation ever". The ranch has such a rich history, and there is so much to see and do in the Sheridan/Big Horn area, that this was an ideal spot for a base."

  • Outstanding Views and Excellent Location

"Hubby and I stayed in The Stewart cabin 5 nights the end of September. This is a great location for exploring the east side of Yellowstone and Cody, WY. We saw lots of wildlife in the park and found the McCullough Peaks Wild Horses east of Cody. We heard elk bugling at night and had heard of them in the field across the way one morning. Has all the comforts of home. Honestly my only suggestion would be an replacing the pots and pans. Other than that, roomy, yet cozy cabin with a workable kitchen and spacious bathroom. Thank you Erin & Brad for your hospitality!"

  • Exceeded our expectations !!!!

"This town home was outstanding! The kitchen had everything that we needed to cook in. There were plenty of supplies i.e.: dish soap, laundry soap etc. This was important because we stayed an entire month. There was a grill and a great patio to hang out on at night. We made fast friends with the AMAZING neighbor. The garage was big enough to fit my Cadillac Escalde in as well. The town home included bikes and tubes for us to use to. The Flat Creek runs through one end of the complex and is within walking distance. We spent every afternoon floating down the creek. There are bike/running trails right out the front door as well. You can take these trails all around Jackson and even into Wilson. There are hiking trails by Flat Creek as well. You are also right down the street from the baseball field. You can ride your bike into Jackson. You are also close to Albertsson's (grocery store). It is about a 20 minute drive to the Tetons Park entrance. You are close to everything that is Jackson and the Tetons. If you are going to stay in Jackson this is the ONLY PLACE TO STAY not only because of the location but because the space was amazing. The bunk beds were a huge hit with my kids. The 4 bedrooms means that everyone had their own space. The master suite was BEAUTIFUL! The house never got hot in the afternoon because the breeze blows thru all the open windows. There was plenty of storage in the gorgeous utility room. The bathrooms were fully stocked with everything you would need. We loved the black and white decor. The wifi and cable were also nice. We never had any issues with either. We hope to return again next summer. Thanks so much for allowing us to use your home. We will compare everything else we use thru VRBO to your home!! Nothing will ever be as GREAT as the "Jackson House""
