Thanks for everything to Harry and who is interested with us Robert in Rawai.House cleaning and towel change once a week, pool cleaning every 2-3 days. On the other hand, what you need or problem, they are interested as soon as possible. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at the villa. The pool was a hit for us all.Everything we needed was there. Personally I loved the espresso machine! Pui, the property mgr was wonderful & Gregory was a delight to work with.

My husband and I spent 2 incredible weeks in Chiang Mai prior to traveling to Phuket for our final week. We thought we were impressed with the first two weeks, until we (4 adults, no children) arrived at the villa. WOW! We were completely blown away! The property is in a prime location, yet manages to boast both privacy and a local feel. Everything was cleanly, staged beautifully, and provided a welcoming touch that you wouldn’t find at a resort. You can tell the property is lovingly maintained, from the landscaping to the art chosen to display. The host is lovely and communicative, though we interacted most with Kaew, the property manager. Not enough good things could be said to accurately represent her! She went above and beyond for us making sure we had everything we needed, including finding us a comfortable ride to our wedding ceremony. She had great suggestions during our stay, and we looked forward to seeing her sweet dogs loving life whenever we would leave from or return to the villa complex. They were our favorite hellos of the trip! It’s not often you find a vacation rental where it is obvious the staff takes such pride in their work, and we look forward to staying here again in the future. The local business owners are lovely as well, and our group found ourselves making friends with a few. Phuket has always been special to us, and having found our new “home base” for our time there feels great! Highly recommend.

LOVED EVERTHING ABOUT THIS HOUSE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING IN RAWAI AT THIS PRIVATE VILLA. BEAUTIFUL HOUSE AND YARD WITH PRIVATE POOL. CLOSE TO EVERYTHING IN RAWAI BUT YET REMOTE AWAY FROM THE HUSTLE AND BUSLE. 10 STARS.

We had a great time at Chaba Villa. It was clean, well-equipped (no oven though), and the property was as described. Beautiful pool. And there's also a very friendly cat!

This place lacks nothing. Beautiful beaches nearby. Night markets,street food,boat rides to many islands. A wonderful experience. Ah yes, private pool. You won’t be disappointed here. Enjoy!

Hat alles bestens funktioniert! Wurden direkt vom Flughafen abgeholt und zur Villa gebracht. Selbst mit unserem einfachen Englisch war alles wunderbar! Ich hoffe wir können das ganze kommendes Jahr wiederholen! Vielen Dank für alles =)
