I celebrated the BEST birthday ever at Everything Nice by the Sea in Montego Bay with 8 friends, and it exceeded every expectation! Julie was amazing — so helpful, responsive, and made planning effortless. Every vendor she recommended was professional, flexible, and went above and beyond, creating an experience I couldn't even dream of!The staff was incredible! Carl and Jowayne made us feel like royalty. Pitbull and Carlene were so kind and helpful, and Tameika’s food was unforgettable *chefs kiss*, notably her plantains, jerk chicken, curry goat, cheesecake and more! - we didn’t eat out once and had no regrets. The villa? Stunning, spacious, and spotless. We loved the pool, kayaks, and paddleboards at sunset. When one board sank, Julie’s team quickly stepped in, which led to us booking an impromptu sunset boat ride — one of the trip’s most unforgettable moments.If you’re visiting Montego Bay, and looking for a luxurious escape, stay at Everything Nice by the Sea. Based on the previous reviews, we expected the property (and the staff) to be great. Our experience, though, was above and beyond great. The property is exactly "as advertised". The home, pool, and grounds were spotless. The home's staff were friendly, gracious, and accommodating. Arlene (the home's chef) prepared 3 meals/day for 7 days, all of which were outstanding. I could go on and on: the bottom line is that this place was fanatastic and we will definitely return.

We rented out this house for A couples vacation. There were three couples and one singular person. The driver we hired was able to find a home very easily with the directions provided. When we arrived to Cabby was there waiting on us and welcomed us and showed us around. Whenever we need anything Cabby responded pretty quickly. The only downside we really saw was that the water pressure wasn’t that great and We had to call Cabby to turn on the hot water. ( Apparently there’s some button that needs to be pressed outside to make the hot water work) . We hired Cabby to Cook meals for us. The food was great but he didn’t follow the menu that we asked for. Overall the entire group gave the place a 9/10. Will definitely book again for our next jamaica vacation.

A person couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Jamaica. The home is incredibly clean thanks to Felicia. The food prepared on site was absolutely delicious. Vincent and Ginger make a wonderful breakfast, lunch and dinner. We made a plan on meals early in our week and those fellas took it from there. Alwayne drove my family on a daily adventure. He gave us ideas of where to go and he was always with us. The home’s grounds are beautiful and safe. This is a must see location!

We were welcomed warmly by the staff who were on hand and ready to facilitate anything we had in mind. We kayaked, fished, played tennis, lounged and ate delicious and healthy(ish) meals. The rooms were lovely and well maintained. We enjoyed the stay at ZenZen - five star stay!! Thank you!

Villa as advertised. Staff was outstanding - several have been there for 10 years. Meals all excellent. Pool was warm. Great “hang-out” areas. All made it a very enjoyable week. Snorkeling off beach was only marginal - but a short trip by boat to the reef was very good. Calm bay for easy kayaking and paddle boarding.

The villa was just as described on the site. Actually, the outside of the villa looked even better than what is posted on the site. It was easy to stay connected with the host. There was a staff available for us at all times if something was needed. Although we received a code to the gate, we felt more comfortable having the staff at the site (who lives in a cottage below the villa) to have him open the gate when we came in, even after midnight. It was a safe feeling. The neighborhood is very safe and a very nice area.

This property is delightful the staff is superb and the accommodations are comfy. This was my second trip there this year and I can’t wait to come back!
