So many nice things about this place. We spent a lot of time in the backyard area as the pool is great, neighbors are quiet and the lake adds to the privacy. Kitchen is fully stocked, including linens and paper goods, as mentioned and the outdoor BBQ / Tiki Bar added to kitchen use and being outside. Road in front is pretty quiet and amenities are all real close. Walking path and canal trail is nearby so easy to get out and get some exercise. Lots of linens and bath items. About the only thing we had come up was the mattress was a bit on the firm side for the old back. But some of our group liked that firm feel. Communication was excellent.

Our mini family reunion was made so enjoyable in large part to “our house” Villa Santa Cruz. Many of us rent homes when we travel and all agreed we never have had a property with the amenities Villa Santa Cruz has. Every little detail was covered, comfortable furnishing, quiet evenings to enjoy pool area, spacious for10 adults with room to spare and a kitchen to prepare our meals in that rivaled our own kitchens at home. Decor was fun and charming. We all agreed when we are in area again as a family or as individual families, we would stay at Vila Santa Cruz again. Thank you Maxwell and family for sharing your beautiful home with our family.

Sebastine was a great communicator throughout the process and checked in to make sure everything was going well during our stay. The house was beautiful and the backyard felt much bigger than the pictures look. Only downside (completely my fault for not checking ahead of time) was the pool is not heated, and for the time of year we stayed (late March/early April) the water was too cold in the pool to enjoy it. Great overall stay and would highly recommend to a friend.

Great patio home! It is very clean and quiet. I highly recommend renting this home. The owners are very nice and accommodating.

I travel through Phoenix for autograph signings often, and this is, hands down, the most wonderful place to stay! The outdoor kitchen and the pool are fabulous for hanging out with friends... the rooms are beautiful...I loved the sound of the fountains and the feel of the indoor/outdoor patios. The beds are comfortable, and the master bedroom is like its own home... I loved the massage chairs in the spa, the huge kitchen (I love to cook!), and most of all, the relaxation that this beautiful home provides. The owners are wonderful, and I will gladly book this trip again and again. :)
