We thoroughly enjoyed this home and property. It fit our party of 11 comfortably. The pool and hot tub were a big hit and we enjoyed cooking in the large open kitchen. The property was very well-maintained and clean.

Wonderful stay with family and friends over the extended Labor Day weekend. The house and casita easily accommodated our group of 3 families (6 adults/4 teens). There was so much to do on the property, we never wanted to leave! From the wonderful swimming pool/hot tub to fun outdoor games (cornhole, ladder ball, croquet, lawn bowling, etc.) to indoor games and movies (pool table, a large selection of board games and books). We had four 12-14 year olds staying with us and they were easily entertained. We pulled ourselves away from the relaxing surroundings to explore the beautiful local central coast areas, including a trip to Hearst Castle and Cambria. The house is fully stocked with everything you may possibly need to cook homemade meals. We also enjoyed BBQing outdoors. Although the house is in a quite and picturesque farm and ranch area, the grocery store and downtown Atascadero are only a short drive away. Plenty of parking on property. We also enjoyed the nearby sounds of cows and horses throughout our stay. Not loud at all - very nice to hear. We all had a great time and hope to visit your wonderful property again in the future. Spectacular stay with stunning views. The property afforded an opportunity to disconnect, roam the vineyard, and enjoy the company of family. Will absolutely return when in the area.

Our family of 9 had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful property while celebrating our son's graduation from Cal Poly and Father's Day. The house was incredibly spacious, allowing everyone to relax comfortably or gather and play cards and board games. The modern and charming decor added a delightful touch to the experience and everyone raved how beautiful everything was. Top-of-the-line furnishings and touches through-out the home. The kitchen was truly a chef's kitchen—well-stocked and equipped, making it easy to prepare our big celebratory meals as well as quick breakfasts, etc. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and an incredibly peaceful environment. We loved being close to several vineyards, including Copia and Chronic Vineyards. The teenagers enjoyed the pool, while the parents and grandparents appreciated the beautiful scenery and wildlife, including seeing deer in the mornings and evenings! We couldn't have asked for a better place to create such special memories. Highly recommend this property for any family gatherings or celebrations!

Stayed for a birthday weekend with friends and family. Great spacious property with plenty of bathrooms. Awesome location to downtown tasting rooms and super easy booking process. Also very accommodating. Would stay again.
