Solterra Resort villa rentals

we as a family of 10 people all various ages had the best time in this villa, big enough to be private and cozy enough to be relaxed , spent a few days around the spacious pool area with plenty of comfy seating outside in the shade if needed, inside was very spacious for dining ,cooking and relaxing . The resort was a huge plus with a gym,pools and food. The owner Chris was only a msg away if any problems or any advice was needed, we had no issues at all on our stay. Very clean, and homely vibe to the villa.10 out of 10 on all aspects of our stay.

Had a great stay for my inlaws 50th anniversary

This home is phenomenal! Everything was clean, up to date, spacious, and did I say CLEAN. When I say we had an awesome time here, that's an under statement. The hostess reached out to make sure we made it in safely. She was constantly checking in to make sure things were going good (it wasn't a over kill). I appreciated that. Thank you Melanie for sharing your home. My family and I will be back!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable and the furnishings were all nice & new ! Nice size TVs in every single room which is fantastic if you’ve got a couple of kids . Communication was great, Louise answered any questions I had from start to finish. Although we had bad luck with a cold snap in Florida we still had a great time. Louise did her best as a favor cranking the pool heat up as high as it would go. That allowed us a couple of swimming days even though the temperatures are were the 50s and low 60s. We’ve stayed in many VRBO houses in Florida over the years. This was one of my favorites. I like the fact is it’s positioned on a corner with a little more space between homes. Most of the homes in these resort areas are stacked 20 feet apart from each other and noise can become a factor. This one has the additional space and as a bonus it has wetlands in the back. Sand cranes, otters, alligators etc. right out your back door.. It is much nicer than looking directly into someone else’s pool area ! I’ve already spoke to Louise and told her we may be back in October! Hopefully we have better weather.
