New Smyrna Beach villa rentals

The property was in perfect condition and had everything you would need for your stay. If was very clean and the location was central to the beach and just a quick Uber ride to downtown NSB. Looking forward to staying here again!

Wonderful property, right on the water. Steps away from the pier where there is excellent fishing. Walking distance to downtown and a short bike ride to Flagler Avenue district. Lots to do in New Smyrna Beach. Loved our stay.

We loved our stay at Seaclusion - a lovely home away from home. So many little details that made our trip easier and better! We ended up cooking in for several nights and the kitchen was one of the best equipped my mother and I have ever used. My husband had to do a little bit of work on our vacation and he really appreciated the extra monitor to hook up to his laptop. The host was easy to communicate with and ready to help us figure out anything questions that arose. I would absolutely stay at this property in the future.

Grandson had an asthma issue the whole time. He’s highly allergic to dogs. This may be why ? My dog has hair, so he’s not allergic to her, just fur dogs. All in all a great visit.

We enjoy the lovely condo. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful with many trees and shady. Not a far walk to the beach but we chose to drive to the public beach access which is a little less than a mile with free parking and there was always a place to park. The condo is much larger in person than the pictures online show. The screened in porch is lovely and probably our favorite spot. The beds are comfy and the rooms very spacious! We had plenty of towels, wash cloths and beach towels. Every comfort from home was found at this lovely condo. There are many places to eat nearby and every one we tried was delicious. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

We loved our view and all the roominess of the unit Weather was perfect Employees made us feel very comfortable, like this was our home and our time.

This was the perfect house for my family. It was centrally located near everything. I would most definitely recommend.
