Charleston villa rentals

Lazy lagoon was perfect for us on our first visit to the area. We loved the location and the easy walk to the beach. It's bright and sunny and stylishly renovated with high end details. It was too cold for us to sit out, but the screened in balcony is a plus. The bed and couch were super comfortable and the linens, pillows, and towels were all designer quality. Five stars all the way, loved it!

Great space for Team-building events cheaper than hotels allows teams to spend quality time and brainstorm in a casual, comfortable atmosphere. Great location beautiful space.

Another amazing stay in East Beach and this unit was top notch. My wife and I have been coming down to Kiawah for our anniversary each year since 2016. And this was the nicest unit we have stayed in. Newly renovated, very nicely I must say, and a great view on the water from the balcony. Everything was very clean and made for a very comfortable stay. Very impressed. Looking forward to our next visit.

My husband and I just stayed here over the 4th of July holiday! Everything was perfect! Very spacious villa that is mere steps from the beach! The villa is clean and has been updated. The most important thing is that the bed was comfy!! No rolling, sinking or sagging!! 7 nights of great sleep! The villa had chairs and an umbrella that could be used at the beach. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary pots and pans for preparing meals. There was coffee and coffee filters and even some commonly used spices, which was nice. Having a washer and dryer in the villa was a great amenity too! We rented bikes and just tooled around the island! This villa is close to Night Heron Park that had daily activities for the holiday. If you do venture to Kiawah, make sure you check out the dolphins strand feeding at Captain Sam’s inlet which is just a short bike ride down the beach. It was one of the coolest things I’ve ever seen! There are many online articles of when the best time is to see the dolphins We will be back to Kiawah again and this villa will be our first choice! We were in town for a work trip and this home was perfect for our group! The house is in s a great location and was well stocked for a long-term rental. OUr host was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again! Jason

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay; great place for our family & toddler to “headquarters” while in the area for our nephew’s wedding. Best-stocked VRBO we’ve rented and very responsive owner to various update requests prior to arrival and to any questions we had during our stay. Great pool & beach access ~ would definitely stay again😊

Really this place could not be better! We would not change a thing. The kitchen was great, didn’t cook much but when we did we had everything we needed. The living room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The bedroom was probably my favorite and was just perfect. King size bed, linens and fan were perfect. The bathroom was remodeled and super nice. The screened in porch was great although we didn’t use it too much. I think about 7 steps up too the door and very easy to get in the first day. I don’t think we could have been closer to the community pool which we went to a handful of times and had to ourselves. Very nice being just outside the gate of Seabrook and not having to wait for the guards to let us in and out. My husband and I had a perfect spot to relax and enjoy our vacation. Could not have asked for a better place to stay! Going to reserve it again for next year! Just perfect!

We were very, very happy with everything at the property. It was nicely decorated, very clean and easy to navigate. The back screened in porch was amazing and the view was wonderful. Even though we were by the tennis courts, there was never an issue with noise. We highly recommend this property!
