Kiawah Island villa rentals

This newly updated unit is just perfect for a couple…and we also had our small dog with us too. Remodel was very nice, and the screened porch was perfect for an afternoon drink. We enjoyed watching the wild life from the porch including the famous gators, as well as the Osprey nesting across the pond. If there is one thing I would “improve” for the owners, it would be a new living room rug. The current one is a bit worn! Everything else was perfect…thanks for a nice stay.

This a wonderful property with lots of space and an absolutely beautiful location right on the beach. The owner was easy to communicate with, initiating conversations and speedy to respond when we had a question.

Everything about our stay, and the property, was perfect. Exceptionally clean and well appointed along with a great location. Highly recommend!

Kiawah Island is absolutely gorgeous, we loved every second of our stay. The villa we stayed in at the tennis courts was very clean and very very nice. Love the screened in deck where I did my Bible study every morning. Short beautiful walk to the beach, just an amazing weekend and we will definitely be back l!

Another amazing stay in East Beach and this unit was top notch. My wife and I have been coming down to Kiawah for our anniversary each year since 2016. And this was the nicest unit we have stayed in. Newly renovated, very nicely I must say, and a great view on the water from the balcony. Everything was very clean and made for a very comfortable stay. Very impressed. Looking forward to our next visit.

My husband and I just stayed here over the 4th of July holiday! Everything was perfect! Very spacious villa that is mere steps from the beach! The villa is clean and has been updated. The most important thing is that the bed was comfy!! No rolling, sinking or sagging!! 7 nights of great sleep! The villa had chairs and an umbrella that could be used at the beach. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary pots and pans for preparing meals. There was coffee and coffee filters and even some commonly used spices, which was nice. Having a washer and dryer in the villa was a great amenity too! We rented bikes and just tooled around the island! This villa is close to Night Heron Park that had daily activities for the holiday. If you do venture to Kiawah, make sure you check out the dolphins strand feeding at Captain Sam’s inlet which is just a short bike ride down the beach. It was one of the coolest things I’ve ever seen! There are many online articles of when the best time is to see the dolphins We will be back to Kiawah again and this villa will be our first choice! This place was so wonderful in so many ways! The villa was spotless and very well stocked with amenities like soaps, kitchen supplies, and even K cups and coffee creamer. I didn’t expect so much attention to detail, and it was greatly appreciated! The decor was beautiful, comfy, and inviting! In terms of location, it is perfect! Just a short walk to the beach and very close to the Sanctuary, which was convenient for getting a glass of wine or watching a sunset. This place really is perfect, and I would stay here again snd again. If it ever goes up for sale, I might even buy it. Truly spectacular! Thank you for providing the bikes! Very nice touch. You really thought about the comfort and convenience of the people who rent your place.

We were very, very happy with everything at the property. It was nicely decorated, very clean and easy to navigate. The back screened in porch was amazing and the view was wonderful. Even though we were by the tennis courts, there was never an issue with noise. We highly recommend this property!
