Garden City villa rentals

This was a great vacation for my family, and our first time together at a beach. The beach was a short 4 minute drive from our location, and there were private pools very close to us also. There were some dust bunnies under furniture, but nothing too crazy at all. The beds don't have a box spring, so the mattress directly on the base boards were a little uncomfortable, but again this wasn't a huge deal either. Some of the outlets were 1/2 controlled by a switch, which was confusing to us at first. We would definitely rent from this host again, and plan to in the future!

Everyone was so nice!! Our location was great!! Just a few steps away from the outdoor pool and lazy river!! I would definitely stay here again in the near future!!

The VRBO itself was nice - spacious and I would stay there again. The owner was helpful answering questions. A good location and places to be able to walk and enjoy shops.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been going to Litchfield Beach and Golf Resort for nearly 20 years. Avion Forest provides our family the perfect amount of space to all be under one roof and is a stone throw from all you need in Litchfield- groceries, restaurants, shopping, etc. The Beach Club is so clean and is just a short drive from Avion Forest. The property is clean and Tidelife is great to work with providing efficient communication and flexible check in options. Can't recommend this property and Tidelife enough.

We had a great 3 nights. Litchfield is our go to place for July 4th. The condo was just as described. Perfect location with the tennis courts/pool across the way and the beach not much further. Easy walking distance even with our gear. The back porch over looking the pond was so relaxing in the mornings and late evenings. Close to all of the restaurants and shopping Pawleys and Litchfield have to offer. We had friends staying all over LBtSea so it was nice to walk to where they were all staying. Best part of all is it was pet friendly. Thanks again for the stay.
