    "Beautiful resort and condo! This condo has a great view of the resort and partial ocean and has everything you could possibly need, especially in the kitchen. The Maui Nuts were extremely helpful in providing lots of information before our arrival and during our stay. We will definitely make a return visit and we highly recommend this condo."

  • Great Location

    "The location of the property is perfect, just 3 short blocks from the beach and, even though it's on Avalon's main street, there was little noise from passing cars. The house was well appointed, with every kitchen gadget you could possibly need for a week at the shore. The house was clean and comfortable and the owners very accommodating. We highly recommend this rental."

  • Family birthday celebration

    "From the moment we walked through the beautiful courtyard and through the door, we felt at home! Comfortable, beautifully furnished, and the incredible beach as our view from every window. Kathy, the owner, is a wonderful person, who is thoughtful and very accommodating. I highly recommend this gem on the beach. You won't be disappointed. We were sad to leave but look forward to a return in 2017."

  • Love Italy

    "We have just finished our wonderful vacation to Italy. The accommodations at the garden apartment were excellent for our family. I would like to focus on our experience. The customer service was the best we have ever received. A few examples. Giuseppe arranged our flight pick up. I was frantic as our plane route had changed. I emailed him while running on the airplane. It was a completely different flight and airline. We landed and the car service was there. Our luggage didn't arrive until 3 days after we landed. Giuseppe took care of it. We were able to enjoy our vacation and not sit at the apartment waiting for our luggage. We walked into the apartment Sunday evening and there was our luggage. And let me add I feel sorry for anyone who has to pick up my luggage. We took a trip to Sorrento via the train station. Giuseppe dropped us off and picked us up. It was 11 p.m. and he was waiting for us. He honestly cared about our well being and our Italian experience. Tough to find that at the 4 and 5 star hotels we frequent. If you"re traveling to Italy, it is crazy not to stay at any of his properties."
