  • Convenient, comfortable, fully-equipped

"The apartment is only a block from a Metro stop and all of the major sights are quickly accessible without a need to transfer. The apartment is fully-equipped, very comfortable, and quiet. A supermarket is nearby, in addition to smaller fruit stores and a bakery downstairs. Julio was very responsive as we made our plans. We arrived by train and told him about the arrival time. We took a taxi from the station and he was waiting for us. He took us on a walking tour of the immediate neighborhood. Julio arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport when we were leaving. There are many listings for Madrid. We were pleased with our choice."

  • We love this place

"This is our 5th visit. We spent an idyllic week, relaxing and chilling out. Albena who manages the apartment is at the end of the phone and is extremely helpful. The gardens are as beautiful as ever and its only a 100 meter walk to the beach. There are super beachside restaurants - Restaurante El Laurel is our favourite and is 200 meters from the apartment. We came home relaxed and refreshed until the next time - we'll be back!"

  • What a fantastic location!

"I am so grateful for finding this apartment which looks directly over Nyhavn Canal! We had a lovely stay in Copenhagen here. Notes: Great check in with the apartment manager. Very simple, straightforward. He gave us a bag of freshly washed bed linen and towels, and we made our own beds. Up three flights of stairs, no elevator, this is usual for European rentals. The weather was very warm. European rentals rarely have AC or fans. There was no air circulation in the back room, which our children didn't mind, so they slept there while the adults slept on the couches in the living room. We could hear the music and diners in the canal waterfront area three floors down and it was very pleasant. There is a pizza restaurant at street level. Convenient to the metro and bus at Korgens Nytorv, which is being renovated so there is a lot of construction going on. Just go around it. We walked down the canal to the Hotel 71 where we bought the Copenhagen Cards. The desk clerk was super helpful. The Copenhagen Card was a truly great deal and we used it mightily for 48 hours. It covers all public transport and most sights, including Tivoli and the Canal Boat Tours in the city, but also palaces and museums around the country, even the Hamlet Castle. My sons would want me to add that there are many exciting European Pokemon to be encountered around the city!"

"This condo in Diagonal Mar was amazing. It's perfect for people looking to visit Barcelona but also relax and have some down time at the beach. We were there over Christmas vacation and the condo was absolutely magnificent. You walk out from the hallway, into the living room, and all you see is sparkling blue water. Breathtaking! The bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms were great. Everything was absolutely amazing!!! I will go back to this same condo. I will tell everyone I know to go there!"
