  • Best Vacation

"My family and I stayed at this home in January 2016. I have to say it was one of the best experiences we have had with rental properties. After my last stay in October (different property), I was ready to head back to the resorts. I am so glad I decided to give property rentals on more chance. We had everything we needed and the beach truly was just steps away from the condo. The beach is a great, sandy, swimmable beach! We snorkeled, kayaked, and paddle boarded right from the shore (we rented the equipment and it was worth it). Yes, there were sea turtles for those of you who love them, like my family. You could see the whales too, which is why we go every January. They were very active the week we stayed on the island. The condo is in good shape. It does show signs of use, but for a rental property it is in good shape. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. The microwave was not working when we arrived but the manager replaced it pronto. I definitely would rent this condo again! Thank you for the late check out too, it was worth the extra money as our flight did not fly out until the late evening."

  • Exactly what I had hoped for and more

"I only wish Alabama was closer to New York! What a wonderful time. The house is perfect in every way, Bobby and Carolyn were an absolute perfect hosts. I really could go on all day, but I'll spare you. If you're looking for a house on the water to escape the world for a little while this is the place. Fishing was good, the quiet nights couldn't have been better and the atmosphere was just utterly perfect. I didn't want to leave. Thank you, Bobby and Carolyn! Beth and gang!"

  • Absolutely spectacular!!!

"We personally cannot say enough about this particular amazing upscale oceanfront condominium. The view and location alone are outstanding, not to mention the unit itself. With lovely up to date furnishings, along with everything either a family or couple would need to be extremely comfortable was thought of. The beach, infinity pool and extensive comfortable ocean view patio were literally the highlight of every am to pm for us. Becerious, along with its general Mexican ambience, great restaurants, art galleries, friendly locals and of course the local watering hole (The Drunkin Duck), has made this a must for our yearly vacation. I cannot think of a better place to stay then Punta Arena for everything a vacation would need. Enjoy....."

  • Awesome first time rental!!

"This was the first time for us to take our kids to Hawaii. (We've only been one other time.) We were so excited to share all the wonderful things about Hawaii that we fell in love with during our first visit. I spent hours searching through rental homes in different areas hoping that we would find the perfect home for us. As it turns out, we did! We drove up to the house and received a warm "Aloha" welcome, and as we settled our party of 7 in, it felt like we had come home. The first day there my kids were in the water, enjoying the evening with a couple of turtles that decided to chill by our part of the beach. Every day there were turtles that stopped by! The last evening we were able to do some body surfing, there was a huge turtle that stayed to play in the waves with us. I've never seen a turtle riding the waves before, except in "Finding Nemo" but somehow I don't think that counts. ;) I wish we could have caught that on camera! We had plenty of activities planned for our week and were worried about the drive time to get to them. It wasn't too bad. We could get to anywhere on the island in a reasonable amount of time. Our favorite was the Polynesian Cultural Center, which was only a short drive away. We also enjoyed shopping in old, downtown Hale'iwa and meeting some of the locals. Everyone was super friendly and fun to talk with! I would highly recommend the Honu Hale for anyone looking for a more peaceful and quiet experience, but still right on the beach! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us!"
