Our PLATINUM RATED, exquisitely decorated beach front unit on the 16th floor has a spectacular view of the beautiful beach & ocean, pools and patio deck.
The unit comfortably sleeps six with a KING-size bed in the master bedroom, a bunk area, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. There are also has TWO full baths, a breakfast bar, separate dining area, and a large great room with a fabulous view of the ocean. The fully-equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, built-in microwave, coffeemaker, and blender.
Seychelles is uniquely situated in the perfect location at the end of Thomas Drive right next to the popular beach restaurant SCHOONERS. The complex is convenient to the area's best dining, nightlife, deep sea fishing, sailing, diving, snorkeling and other area attractions.
Seychelles offers a child care program with fun activities on Tuesday's and Wednesday's from 10 am to 2 pm and from 6 pm to 9 pm. Children must be ages 4 to 12 to participate. The Kids program is offered during the Spring and Summer months only.
Seychelles has a secured covered parking deck and an on-site management company for your convenience.

We recently stayed at your condo for a week and absolutely loved it. We had two adults and two small children and was very spacious and could have accomodated more. The decor was modern with stainless steel appliances and I was amazed at how clean it was. We were there for a dance competition in Panama City and your condo was very conveniently located on the quiet end of the strip and very close to the interstate. There is a nice covered parking garage across the street from the building and you can get to and from the building through a skywalk on the third floor. We would love to stay at your condo again in the future. Thank you for making our stay so nice.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

I have stayed @ Panama City Beach many times and by far this was the nicest condo my family and I have stayed at. Condo owner very easy to deal with. I will stay at this condo unit as many times as it is available.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway.

My wife and kids stayed here the week of July 9th. Had a beautiful view of the ocean. Close to the state park. On the less traffic side of the beach. Everything was clean and in working order. Hope to stay here again in the future.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Thanks so much Holger for offering your condo. You were a pleasure to deal with. The condo's 16th floor living room and balcony view is awesome. And so is the front door view of Grand Lagoon. The unit is well equiped as if like being at home. The Seychelles complex is a perfect location. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back very soon.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This is a 16th floor unit that is a great place to stay. Right as you get off the elevator too. Love the parking garage, and it's right next to Schooners.
